Guest Information
When staying with DaJa View at one of our beloved properties in Panama City Beach Florida, you will receive much more than a typical hotel experience. All of our properties are stocked with a guest’s needs in mind. Owners are required to provide the essentials and are encouraged to provide additional comforts for our guests. Requirements include fully stocked kitchens, updated furnishings and décor, comfortable sleeping arrangements and extra touches throughout the property. We provide quality fresh linen for all bedding with extra pillows, bath amenities such as soaps and paper products, and, plenty of quality bath linens so you can enjoy more time on your vacation. We offer around the clock communication, quality properties that are cleaned and maintained at the highest standard and personalized guests experiences that keep our guests happy, comfortable and returning year after year. Booking
First comes the search! We have an array of properties for many needs. Take a look through our inventory and let us know if we can recommend a property for you! Please ensure we have appropriate record information on file such as number of guests, pets, etc. If you’re unsure or having troubles booking, we are here to help. Simply reach out to us via call, text or email and we will gladly help. Once you have submitted your booking request, we do require a read over the rental agreement and a digital signature stating that you have read and accept the terms for renting our properties. Payments, communication, signatures, etc., will all be completed online unless you need to contact us via phone, which is great too! All payments are due 30 days before your stay and 25% is due upfront to reserve your visit. Once paid in full and agreement signed, you will receive communication from us with your access instructions about 7 days prior to your visit with us. Then you’re all set! We try to make it as simple as possible, but are always here when you need us!
Guest App
After you have booked a property, feel free to download our FREE guest app! This wonderful tool helps guests navigate their stay at your selected property and includes information like rental agreement, instant messaging, additional property information, photos of the property, address, arrival and departure instructions, and much more! Simply enter your invoice number and email address, confirm via email and your trip is available for viewing on the app!
You are not required to use the app. Rental instructions are sent via email, 7 days before your stay.

Check-In
Exciting! You should have received your access instructions from us and been contacted if we were able to get you in any earlier. We always try! (Please note that early entry is not granted during peak season). Your access instructions will contain very important information regarding your specific property such as complex registration, wifi login, gate/door codes, address and more. Upon entry to the property, please note and report immediately any items that appear damaged or unsatisfactory. While we are extremely extensive with our property inspections, cleans and maintenance operations, we are human and apologize if we missed something, but will gladly rectify and note anything immediately. We take great pride in our properties as do our owners. We expect all guests to have the same quality experience and require all occupants to follow the lease and posted property rules and regulations. Enjoy your stay!
Check-Out
We are sad to see you go! Before your departure, you should have received an email explaining any departure instructions which will be posted at the property as well. This will include such things as tidying up the property, gathering linens and locking doors. We go to great measures to ensure our properties are in great condition for our guests and expect our guests to help in taking care of our privately owned managed properties. We hope you have enjoyed your stay and our services and property exceeded your expectations and look forward to your return! A wonderful review is the best compliment we can receive!
Cancelation Policy
We have a simple cancellation policy; simply cancel 60 days or more before your stay and receive a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given less than 60 days before your stay.
Cancellations Regarding COVID-19
Cancellations made less than 60 days, with proof of rental closure, travel ban or testing positive for COVID-19, will receive an option to reschedule their stay at comparable nightly rates, or, a full refund minus 10% of the amount paid towards the reservation.

We require the following items to be provided by us or our owners for all properties we manage. If staying at one of our properties and one of the following is not present, please make us aware so that we are able to provide it for you.

- 4 bed pillows for all advertised beds
- 2 bed pillows for twin or smaller beds
- Pillow cases and protectors for all bed pillows
- Mattress protectors for all beds advertised

I am so happy that we chose to stay here as a family! This house was perfect for what we needed. We love to go out and explore, so this quiet house was wonderful to come back to every night after a day at the beach or park. The home was very clean and stocked with things we needed. The manager was very friendly and was quick to deal with any questions we had. It will definitely be hard for me to book another property the next visit to Panama City Beach!

Really enjoyed our stay in the unit. Very clean, wonderful amenities with the pool and hot tub along with the incredible view. Very clean unit, comfortable and quiet. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely go back!
Our Shore Thing
"Great Condo – Very Comfortable!"
We spent the month of January here and couldn't have been happier! I loved this condo and felt right at home. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had been recently remodeled. We thought all of the furniture and beds were so comfortable! I have mobility issues, so the recliners in the living room and the bedroom, the zero gravity loungers on the balcony, and the walk-in shower, all made it easier for me to enjoy. This unit is just steps away from the central elevator, and if you need them, the handicap parking spots are right by the elevator. We found the elevators very fast and never had much wait time to use. The condo overlooked the pool area and had a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately I was not able to use the pool, but it was heated and many people were using it while we were there. Loved the beach access right from the pool deck. This was our first time to the area and found many good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I thought this end of Panama City Beach was really nice and convenient to all the area had to offer. It was just down the street from St. Andrews Park, which was very nice too. And DaJaView management company is top notch! They were always available if we needed anything. One night a particularly bad storm come through and they called to check on us the next day to make sure we were OK. We would not hesitate to use them again. Hope to return soon!
