With over 10 years of experience in managing vacation rental properties in the Panama City Beach area, our experience has taught us so much of what we are able to bring to our owner and guest experiences today. Communication is a top priority to DaJa View, which is why we are eager and willing to answer, emails, calls and texts 24 hours a day, every day of the year, for owners and guests. We are always only a call, text or email away and are very quick to reply in detail to ensure any questions are concerns are handled the first time around. Our skilled maintenance and housekeeping are also quick to reply and are able to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Over the years, we could have easily grown to well over 100 properties, but we choose to stay small and more hands on. It is important for us to continue our passion in the industry, not by greed, but by providing a product we personally would expect when looking for a perfect getaway. Our small array of properties shine throughout each stay thanks to our wonderful owners and hands on experienced staff. We have developed a family atmosphere with our staff, which allows us to bring the best out in one another. This is all part of what we bring to the table for our owners, guests and properties.

The view was stunning! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. It was very clean! The beds were comfortable. The out door furniture was great to sit and relax as you watched the ocean. It was easy access to the beach. We played mini golf, rode go carts, ate ice cream, ate at several restaurants with Hammerhead Fred’s being our favorite restaurant. Everything was within a close distance to the condo. I would definitely stay again.

We were so happy with our stay, the house we rented had its own walk path through the dunes directly to the beach from the back door. The property was very well maintained and extremely clean. I don’t wear shoes inside and my feet did not get dirty from the floor! 0 complaints. This was a rare gem and we will be back.

This is our 4th year in a row staying in this amazing condo and we had another wonderful vacation. It is spacious, clean, well equipped, and located perfectly right on the beach. The views off the balcony are stunning! Already looking into booking it again next year!
