Loved the ease of walking down to the beach. The view from the condo is incredible. The porch dining table was so great for coffee in the mornings. Lots of seating in the living room as well for movie night. Spacious kitchen to cook meals. Restaurants less than 5 minute drive away. The multiple showers was so helpful for end of beach day. Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice (and big). It was really great that there wasn’t a crowd on the beach maybe about 15 yards away was the closest anyone was. It almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. If the kids hadn’t of wanted to go doing activities I would’ve been very happy just enjoying the room and relaxing. I feel asleep in the chair with the ottoman more than the kids wanted me to. It was really nice having the covered parking space feet from the door the one day there was raining. If I ever get the chance to I would definitely try to get the same room again

This place was nice. I stayed here with my sister and 4 nieces and 1 nephew ages between 4-15, they all loved the place especially my 4yo niece. It was really nice that it’s not a huge building with a lot of people, it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves sometimes making really easy to relax and watch the little ones. The covered parking space that was at most 20 feet from the door made it really really nice the one day it rained. Kinda selfishly don’t wanna recommend this place for fear it wouldn’t be available the next time I visit. But I definitely do recommend this room

We have found what we have been looking for in this condo. It is spacious, well equipped with all we needed, 3 bathrooms, comfortable king beds, beautifully decorated and easily accessible with only two units per floor. Neither the pool or beach was crowded! Easy check in and an assigned parking spot in the garage. We are already making plans to come back to this condo!

This property was perfect for our needs! All king sized beds, two walk in showers, well equipped kitchen, beautifully furnished and extremely clean! Loved the fact that there are only two units per floor, making access to the elevator very quick. My husband and I loved the easy access to the pool and the beach. We are 81 years old and that was important to us! We have finally found the perfect condo that we have been looking for and we will be back for sure!

We love the Grande Surf Club room 10E. I’ve never stayed in more clean room! Very spacious for our family! Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, so no waiting on anyone to finish getting ready. Property owner was always helpful to answer any questions. Perfect view from the whole condo! Will be staying there again!

This condo was great. Communication with property was great too. They let us know on our drive down that we could check in 2 hrs early. Condo is huge and views of the beach were great waking up to each day. Beach area in front of condo was not crowded at all plenty of room to set up camp for 2 umbrellas and 2 canopies It was very clean. Had all kitchen utensils we needed and even more for the shrimp boil we did during the week as I forgot my big pot at home and they had 3. Master bath was great too with jetted tube and shower with jets. Took alittle time to figure out what all the knobs did in the shower but once we figured it out it was nice. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family who want to travel in a group that want there own bed and bath. Plus plenty of room to have your own space and not fill crowed. Would book again for our next beach trip with or 3 families (6 adults). Parking was nice to have a covered spot and 1 extra non covered if needed. Though parking lot is small and tight. Hit up Gabby’s Dolphin and Snorkel tours. The guides we had were great. We went in the morning and they found us a pod of 6 dolphins that we observed and stay with for awhile. They then took us to a good snorkel spot.

Very nice condo, really spacious and clean. Stayed for a week with wife and two kids, 12 and 14. It was great for them to have their own rooms. Location was great with an incredible balcony. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean, beautiful view, right on the beach, and away from the crowds of the heart of the city. Only complaint is that the thermostat kept defaulting to 68 when we set it. It was cold after a day at the beach!!

I was nervous going to PCB on memorial Day weekend but this was wonderful. In front of the condo there was plenty of space on the beach, never packed in. We did not have a problem with traffic but we only left by car once. We walked to get ice cream and walked to miniature golf. Parking was ok since we had parking passes. The view from the condo is magnificent and the balcony is so peaceful. There is a perfect sized outdoor table for dining on the balcony. The master bedroom and bathroom are breath taking, huge, 2 sinks, a powder room, jacuzzi tub, you could even fit a pack and play in the walk in closet easily. The other 2 rooms are ok. I would suggest they put up black out curtains in the other 2 bedrooms. The east facing bedroom- the sun rises so early and my children were awake as soon as the sun was up since it was so bright. The other bedroom's window looks out to the front hall/entrance where the lights are on all night plus you get some early sunrise. Lastly the 2 other bathrooms need hooks for wet towels, bathing suits, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was great, wish I had this kitchen at home, and had almost everything we needed (needed an extra large pan for sauteing meat/ vegetables). The garbage disposal didn't work but when I contacted the property management they were on it quickly. We had a tiny issue with parking but the Daja rentals was also very responsive and helpful with this. Overall an amazing vacation that I would do again.

We had the most wonderful stay here. It was very clean and had all we needed for an amazing stay. The host was more than accommodating and always there if we needed him. The view is one of the best we have EVER seen!

We spent 5 nights in this spacious condo. It was a great place. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever food preparation you might want to do. One thing to note - no washer detergent is provided so you will need to bring some if you plan to do laundry.. The beach is easy to access and not crowded at all. Our favorite part was the view from the 10th floor - both inside and from the balcony. We spent lots of time relaxing outside. We didn’t have any problems other than figuring out how to work the tvs (directions would be helpful). We liked that it is very secure place. You need a code to access everything. It’s not a big complex so there was never a wait for the elevator. We would definitely stay here on future visits.

On the 10th floor the overlook of the gulf is OUTSTANDING!!!! The shimmering light looks like a million diamonds gently cascading light off the sea. It is an absolute treasure to wake up, open then curtain, and “wham”….blinded by the gorgeous sunlight bouncing off the sea. The rooms are spacious and the living area was spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy but not get on each other’s nerves. We highly suggest checking this view out!

From the views of the ocean from the spacious balcony to the gorgeous beach just steps from your room, 10E this is the perfect getaway. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. I honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to say! WE WILL be back!

The Condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The view was stunning. The rooms were exquisite. Dealing with the property management was also an amazing experience. I will be returning to this stunning condo. I recommend dealing with DAJA View property, they were very professional.

We liked the condo building being smaller. It made it so easy to park/get in and out/hit the beach etc. Larger properties will walk you to death. It was nice to park in a gated, covered & assigned parking space. We could be in our condo in under than 5 minutes. We could be on the beach in less! Our unit was perfect. Very clean! We enjoyed the balcony in the early mornings and evenings. If we decide to vacation at PCB again, with no hesitation we will stay again!

We had three couples so the three king beds and three bathrooms were perfect. Condo was clean and exactly as described online. We especially enjoyed all the ocean views from the balcony. If we ever go back to PCB we would stay there.

My family had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was so spacious, the living room and kitchen are both very large and open. This was our first stay in this condo at the Grande Surf Club. It is as described in the photos and amenities. Watched the sunrise in the distance over St. Andrews State Park,
walk time/relax time/nap time on the beach directly below the condo. Sunsets directly off the balcony. The kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need to prepare meals all the while looking at the beautiful views, also many restaurants to choose from close to the condo. Some welcome excitement from the balcony....a group of pelicans drifted lazily by at eye level while we were enjoying the sun, a bi-plane performing aerobatics over the Gulf and the occasional Air Force F-16 zipping along over the Gulf. We highly recommend a visit to St. Andrews State Park at the east end of PCB. The beaches are beautiful, the park historically interesting, a great place for families with children,
for all ages.Parking was covered and so convenient to the elevator. Luggage cart provided. The condo was spotlessly clean and a relaxing, comfortable stay. We certainly appreciated the DaJa View management team checking on us throughout the week to see if there was anything we needed. Thank You very much to all, we hope to return for another stay sometime in the future.

This is our fourth year of staying in Grande Surf 10E during the month of September. Derrek, Josh and their staff are awesome. They are very detail oriented to ensure that our stay was amazing. Derrek corresponded from the time of booking until after we were home. When there was an issue that needed attention, they had someone there to take care of it without delay. They truly care about us and about making sure we enjoyed our time there. Thank you for another amazing year.

The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Right on the beach which wasn’t crowded. Emeral water was beautiful. Parking was spacious and easy in and out. Location was great, just a short drive to restaurants and stores. Worth every penny. Ages 6 to 70 and all had a wonderful time. Only complaint would be the bedroom on the right as you enter condo could use a blackout curtain.

We were so thrilled with our accommodations, I message Derrek to leave a review before we left. We really appreciate how fantastic our stay was! There was literally nothing negative.

This place was perfect for 3 couples. We each had our own private bed and bath. The size of the unit and views from the balcony were Phenomenal. Location was perfect. Beach in front of complex was never crowded. All in all, we loved our stay here and will definitely be back!!

From arrival to departure, our stay at the Grand surf club was phenomenal. The condo was overly spacious and had breathtaking views of the Gulf. Steps away from the sand and beach in front of condo was not overly crowded. All of our concerns or questions were responded to immediately by the property managers. The condo only has 30 units total and most units are not rented out through agencies but privately owned and vacant. We went in mid to late June. The condo and pool are bigger than that look in the pictures and extremely clean. The parking spot is right by the elevator for easy packing or storig your beach gear. We will be back!

Having the Gulf right out the doorway is unbelievably special and beautiful. It is very inspiring to wake up with the rising florescent sun, feel its warm rays throughout the day, then watch for the spectacular flash right before it slips into the water.
Unfortunately, our time was cut short because of the pandemic virus spreading across the nation. We have some lovely photos and videos so will be able to call up our experience whenever we need an uplifting boost.
The managers, Derrick & Josh, were most helpful whenever we had a question of how to, where to, etc.

We rented this condo for the month of March for a family vacation, however the covid-19 occurred and the family was not able to come. As a result my wife and I decided that we would be more comfortable if we were in our own home in Mi. and decided to leave on March 18. We loved the views from the balcony and would have enjoyed PCB even more if not for the virus keeping us inside most of the time. Would love to finish our vacation next year. Norm & Carol Bailey

The Condo was fabulous! We were a party of 6 and the condo was very spacious and met all of our needs. I would give it a 10 rating if I could. It is in a perfect location . . .restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and really hated to leave. I would recommend this Condo to anyone. We will plan on returning again next year and I will definitely book this Condo again.

There honestly isn't enough room here to truly define the unforgettable time my family and I have had over the past few days. My family and I had a wonderful vacation from start to finish. Derrek and his team stayed in communication from the time I booked through check-out, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. The property is beautiful! Perfect size and location. Being a smaller condo meant not having to wait for elevators or dealing with overcrowding at the pool. The location is convenient to all of the restaurants and shops, but a bit farther from the huge complexes so our beach area was surprisingly quiet. All-in-all we had an amazing time and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time! This property was very clean and secure. The room 10E was so spacious my family had plenty of room! The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly need. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The balcony allowed amazing views from all directions! We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the reserved parking and only having two units per floor, no long wait for the elevator. It was wonderful! Derrek was great to work with, we defiently are looking forward to booking again!

I can honestly say that this property if the best place that we have ever stayed since we have been coming to PCB (30 years). Derreck is the best property manager that we have every worked with at PCB. We have stayed at this property 3 times now and we have no complaints. We love staying at Grande Surf 10W, this was our 2nd year in this unit and our 4th year working with Derrek at Daja View. The condo is awesome!! Fully equipped with whatever you might need, lots of room for a big family, love the privacy of the beach, the pool is never crowded - lot of times we were the only ones at the pool or on the beach. Everything is very well kept, neat and clean and well organized.

Derrek and Daja View Property Management are the BEST!! They touch base with you several times before your arrival date to be sure everything is set as well as after your arrival to be sure everything is going smoothly during your stay. Always very quick to respond any time I contacted them, always very nice with each and every response.

Couldn't ask for a better condo or management group to work with...they are both 5 STAR with us.

Third time staying in this condo! We come back because it’s clean, private and right on the ocean. Derek is awesome to work with and makes booking so easy. He makes sure we have everything we need!

The unit itself was beautiful, roomy, well equipped and very clean. Add in the views, proximity to the ocean and privacy afforded by the limited number of units in the building and it was a 5 star experience all the way. I hated to leave.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. It was beautifully decorated and was fully stocked with everything you need. Seend dolphins two separate days. Views were excellent. Derrick was wonderful and checked on us periodically to make sure things were going well. Would definitely come back again.

Another wonderful stay in your condo on the beach of the gulf.
No stingrays this year but many pelicans instead. We watched 2 fisherman catch a shark each. That was exciting. Also a bridal party taking pictures. The balcony was very enjoyable.

This is our group’s second year staying in this condo. It is a clean and well-stocked condo, having everything you need for your stay. Our group loves having three bedroom and three baths with each bedroom having a king-size bed.

Derrek and Josh are both awesome as the property managers. They made the process so easy the first year, we were worried that we had forgotten something. We weren’t accustomed to a trip falling so easily into place. Derrek checks in daily to make sure everything is going well with your stay. I have enjoyed working with him since October 2016 when I booked our first trip to this condo for September 2017.

We are already looking forward to staying here next year. It is a little piece of paradise.

My family had a blast. Private pool with the beach next door. Daughters enjoyed going to the beach and pool throughout the day. No need for us to pack things and "travel" back to our unit since it was right on the beach.

We loved the beautiful condo! It was perfect for our first beach trip as of a family of 6! We loved how spacious the condo was but still was able to bring us together for family activities. We also loved how we had easy access to the beach, and how it was less crowded of a beach area. The pool was also perfect for all members of the family. We loved every aspect of the condo, and we thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories with our family.

The unit was well appointed with very nice furnishings and very spacious. The wrap around balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The property as a whole isn’t so large that it’s too crowded to enjoy. The beach itself also wasn’t crowded despite us being there in peak season. A representative, Derreck, was available and very quick to respond to any issues that arose.

My only qualm is that the property was supposed to be gated and that was an amenity we wanted but the gate remained open the whole time we were there. It was explained to is that this was due to potential storms that could damage the gate. It did rain a couple times in the 5 days we were there but there were no storms to speak of. This was a minor thing and nothing that would keep us from staying here again in the future.

As far as I am concerned, it could not have been any better!

Super nice condo, not crowded at all - had beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. Great location!!! Daja View checked on us daily to be sure everything was good for us - couldn't ask for better place to stay or better people to work with. Had a GREAT vacation!!

We booked this condo with two other couples due to the fact that there were 3 King Bedrooms. This condo was one of the most spacious we have ever seen. The living space in the condo was very open. Kitchen was large! The fact that each floor only has 2 units means every unit is a corner unit. The views were absolutely amazing. Location to us is everything so, this was perfect. You are walking distance to shops and restaurants and yet not in the super crowded complexes with horrible traffic. The property management was incredibly. Amazing communication and simple to deal with. Very straightforward. Really can't say enough good things. Would be great for families that want space or groups wanting a good place to share.

I loved this property because:

1. It was very spacious with plenty of room for our whole family.

2. It had a fantastic view of the beach.

3. It was not crowded at the complex even at the end of June...the property only has 28 condos on site.

4. It had 3 baths and 3 bedrooms...all with king size beds.

5. it had a well supplied kitchen.

6. it had very stylish but functional furniture.

7. It had easy beach access.

8. Deja View rental company especially Derek was very helpful and communicated with me frequently.

There is only one drawback to this property and that is the parking. They have a very limited parking area and it does not have enough handicapped spaces.

It is one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed at Panama City Beach and I have been coming her for over 25 years. It was a great place to stay.

Thanks Derrek at DeJa View Property Mgmnt. for a fabulous week in this gorgeous condo! This was our second year at Grand Surf Club and unit 10-E did not disappoint! Very spacious, king-size beds in all three rooms including ensuite bathrooms. Nicely decorated, extremely clean and a well-stocked kitchen. The best feature is the expansive balcony overlooking the pristine Gulf of Mexico. Great place for coffee and cocktails! Garage/on-site parking makes loading and unloading a breeze! The beach in front of the condo is never crowded and we are always able to find ample, right on the surf space for 6 beach chairs and umbrellas no matter what time of day we choose to head down. Highly recommend Grand Surf Club. Ask for Derrek when making your arrangements. You won't be sorry!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was very clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. The view was outstanding. Having a private (or at least mostly) beach area was really cool. We realized this when we walked down the beach and saw how some of the other condo's/hotels, have people crammed in like sardines, not here at all, plenty of room to spread out a tent, and beach chairs play in sand, throw footballs etc. without worrying about distracting others. All access is key coded, so not need to keep up with keys which was really cool. When there try "Dat Cajun Place", they had reasonably priced food, and was like true CAJUN food. The owners/staff were very nice and easy to contact if a need arose. The parking is right next to elevator and almost never waited on it. Bring your own beach chair and umbrellas as there are none provided, but we always plan for that so this was not an issue.

It's hard to find a full 3 bedroom 3 bath unit on the beach. ..well look no further! This is the one! Beautifully decorated, open floor plan, we loved the stereo available throughout the unit! Hot water in the showers was great, (some know about the water as everyone gets ready to go out at the same time!) The only thing we could suggest they do something about, is the first bedroom on the left as you come in the front door, seems to be a queen size bed, as "kings" were noted in all three bedrooms, also, the mattress pad was part "plastic" which made for a noisy and hot sleep. Hopefully, with this review, they will look into that! Otherwise, our stay at 10E was lovely! Everyone we met, either in the elevator, or at the pool were very nice...some were owners who lived there, others were vacationing. Lots of things you may need within walking distance. ..

Again, Derek was great to work with, if we had a question, we just sent him an email, and he responded immediately!

We were quite impressed by this property. It was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, nice appliances and electronics with small extra touches made this our best vacation stay in PCB so far. The condo is a dream. We hated to leave and will book again with no hesitation. The property management was attentive and available. We had no issues whatsoever. This is a beautiful condo with everything you need. Clean, tastefully decorated and close to everything we needed. The only bad part was leaving.

My limited vocabulary will not allow me to express how much we liked this condo. Very clean, spacious, located in the center of all the best restaurants and attractions, parking space about twenty feet from the elevator (no long walk to parking space or trouble finding a place close to the door). Just get off the elevator and into your vehicle. Fast elevator...no long waits, very secure with the codes on the gates and elevator, elevator very close to the beach (no long walk carrying your beach equipment), and the beach was never crowded like it is at the large condo complexes, very nice pool that was never crowded like at the large condo complexes. Kitchen equipped to make anything. Lots and lots of room for seating at tables, and in the living room. Air conditioning was perfect (I like it cold). Comfortable beds, super large closets, and the extra large master bathroom was the best (very large jetted tub, very, very large shower. Well insulated between rooms. We had a four month old infant with us who makes more noise, more often than most babies that age. I could sleep late every day, and just barely hear the baby crying in the living room and on the balcony. It did not wake me up. I could not hear the TV in the living room. I have tried to think of at least one thing I did not like about this condo, and I cannot. Large balcony with plenty of seating. I know where we will be staying in PCB from now on if Mr. Volker will have us again. I am sixty six years old, and I have been vacationing in PCB for all my life, and I have stayed at some very nice places, but this is the best place I have ever stayed in PCB. Grade: 100 %

My family and I had a wonderful time. We loved the condo. It was very spacious and had all the thing you need. The beach was great. My husband really love it because he didn't have to take our stuff down at 4:45am with a flashlight like he has had to do at all the other places we have stayed. He could take it down at whatever time we went to the beach and we had a lot of the beach to ourselves.

The place was extremely clean with lots of room. The location is great being so close to the beach and its was very easy and convenient to navigate up and down the elevator to get to the beach and move your stuff in and out. The rooms were very big with comfortable beds. We would def rent again!

This was my first visit to Panama city, and we chose the perfect spot to stay. The view of the ocean was fantastic. I will never forget going to sleep by the sounds of the incoming ocean tides. The condo was so beautifully furnished and provided great privacy for the three couples sharing it. I hope to come back real soon.

What a wonderful stay my family had at this condo. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped in the door. The views, accommodations, and beach was way beyond beautiful. Much care and pride of ownership shows in this lovely unit. This is a great place to bring your family for a fun and relaxing vacation. Derrek is a wonderful person to work with and made the entire process stress free. One of the best vacations yet!!

This was our second year to stay at the Grande Surf. It truly is a great place to stay. The condo itself is absolute beautiful and well maintained and Derrek and Josh are amazing and willing to do anything they can to accommodate you. They are the kind of people you would want to have over for dinner. We had a great time and we will definitely be returning guests, hopefully more than once next year.

This is my second time renting a unit in this building. Again, a wonderful experience and no holiday crowds this time. The unit is SPACIOUS and feels like a luxury hotel! I have only positive things to say about my stay at Grande Surf Club

+1 with other reviews (Very nice condo. Beach was perfect. Derrick was great to work with. etc). Loved it all. I was worried about the heat with a mid-July booking, but we had a pleasant sea breeze every day/night. Everything was perfect.

This was absolutely perfect!! Loved the condo and the the beach was perfect. The condo I could stay forever in!! We will definitely be returning!!! Derrek was great to work with and answer any questions. I wish I could say something bad so it will be available for me next time but I can't!! What you see in the pics are exactly what you get... This condo is all it is advertised and more!! We were expecting nice, but, wow!! Spacious, modern luxurious!! Totally awesome view! The managers were totally knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with! Would recommend anyone looking for a dream vacation to stay here. Would love to go back soon and often.

This is our second year vacationing at Grande Surf for Spring Break, but our first year in this particular unit.

This complex is top notch. The small number of units cannot be beat. We have vacationed in other beach destinations and other condos in PCB, but Grande Surf has spoiled us. We have looked elsewhere, but they just do not compare. As much as we love seeing new places, Grande Surf keeps calling us back. The pool is clean and because of the small amount of units, it's never too busy. It is a heated pool, although it was a little cooler than I expected this year. A deal breaker? No way. There are bathrooms by the pool, which as a parent to four children, is a must! There is one elevator, but that is not a problem at all. With only two units per floor, you never have to wait long. It amazes me that when the doors and windows of the condo are closed, you cannot hear any street noise in the back of the condo. This year more units were occupied than last year, but I still never heard anyone else while inside the unit. Who can forget about the amazing outdoor space?

Nothing negative to say about the unit. The overall space is more than enough for a vacation rental. Our kids are ages 3, 5, 7, and 9 and they all stayed in one of the rooms. The unit had mattresses for this purpose, but we brought our own cots for two of them to sleep on. The washer and dryer were perfect. I would like those at my house! We had my in-laws stay with us. This was their first time ever seeing the ocean, and they loved every minute of it. They kept saying they were staying at the Taj Mahal.

Derrick helped us make the reservation both years. He is always quick to answer emails, and easy to work with. We had contact with Joshua when we first arrived in PCB, and he was super helpful as well. Both of these guys are great to work with, and really do know what good customer service is.

If you are looking at staying here….do it! You will not regret it! When I need beach time, Grande Surf has become my first stop.

This condo is very attractive, spacious and well maintained. The limited number of units within the building provide a most relaxing and private setting. The three king size bedrooms are a rare find!

In addition the owner of the unit provided excellent and timely communication. I definitely hope to vacation at this property again.

This condo is everything the owner describes it to be. It is clean, comfortable, nice decor, quite and in an excellent location. We loved being on the tenth floor because you could look out over the gulf and see all the marine life that swims by. There is no waiting for the elevators. The designated parking space is the first one out of the elevator under cover. The best dinner we had was at The Saltwater Grill. One of the best meal we have had in a long time. All the stores are just minutes away. From the very beginning the owner was very helpful with answering any questions that we had. We will be lease this property again. I'm NOT going to recommend this to anyone. Because when it come time for us to visit again I don't want it to be booked. Just kidding. I've already told everyone about this place. Enjoy.

First let me say I've NEVER written a review for ANYTHING!!! However, our total experience with this rental bears a few moments of my time. Working with Derrek was a smooth, seamless transaction all the way with his promptly answering all questions even after we arrived. Could not have been nicer!!! The unit was spotless!!! Beautifully decorated and immaculate. It had a well supplied kitchen where my son & his wife cooked meals and always had plenty of pots & pans to do so. Anything you would expect in a beach unit was there!! Nice kitchen pantry as well!! You just can't go wrong with this unit!!! We certainly plan to visit again as soon as possible!!! Thank you Derrek!!!!!

I had expectations for this place and they were exceeded in every way possible. The pictures do not do this condo justice. Going to sleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to a beautiful blue ocean was so relaxing. If anyone has any doubt about this place, don't. It will NOT disappoint. Management was great and friendly. He even had some recommendations of places to eat. It is worth every penny. I wish I had more time to stay! We will definitely be returning for years to come!

If I could give this condo more than 5 stars I would. When my husband & I travel we look for cleanliness, spaciousness, comfort & quiet. This condo exceeded it all. It was absolutely beautiful. What made it so amazing was that there are only two condos per floor. The balcony is huge, & it views the ocean directly & to the east.

We felt very secure on the property. Pass codes were needed for gate, elevator & beach entry. We did not see much wear & tear as we have seen in other condos. Everything was so clean. The shower doors appeared to be new. The furniture in the living room, as well as the bedding, were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pots & pans were in great condition.

We can tell that the owners really love their condo & maintain it well. If we were to ever purchase a condo, this propery would be ideal for us (only two condos per floor & 14 floors). We were grateful to have been able to stay & would love to stay again.

I had searched and searched for the one condo that would accommodate my entire family, and chose to go with this condo because it looked spacious and was somewhat updated. I was blown away! I could not have asked for a better condo for my family on our vacation and will definitely be back for another stay. The kitchen had everything I needed for preparing meals, the beds were large, clean, and comfortable, and the jaccuzi tub was great! Not to mention, the surround stereo system throughout the condo, fireplace, and giant balcony that I spent most of my time on. This condo has it all!

My dream vacation has always been to stay right on the beach. I had big expectations to fulfill and we were not disappointed! The condo is even more perfect than the pictures and with a quick trip down the elevator we were right on the beautiful beach.

Even though it was a busy spring break week this building was quiet. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the huge balcony every morning....even saw dolphins one day!

The owner was super responsive to answering questions and provided our family an unforgettable week. We can't wait to come back!

The pictures on VRBO don't tell the whole story about this beautiful condo. The furnishings and location were perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Room for a lot more people than we brought. Whole-home speaker system was great. Truly can't say enough. We are already ready to book for next year and we just left!

My family and I stayed in the condo during a New Years vacation. The views were amazing and the condo was large, spacious, comfortable and stylish. I cooked a birthday meal for my daughter while we stayed and found the kitchen well stocked with everything I needed to prepare the meal.

The location was close enough to the action to entertain everyone but secluded and quiet enough for relaxation. We will certainly be looking forward to a return trip.

This condo was beautiful and HUGE!!! It was in a more residential area so away from all the noise and traffic and no crowded beach!!! Perfect!
