GUEST REQUIREMENTS - The primary guest MUST be 30 years of age or older with valid ID and occupy the ENTIRETY of the stay. The primary guest will also be required to digitally sign a rental agreement, holding the primary guest responsible for all actions taken during the stay for all guests occupying the property. Guests of ALL AGES are counted as occupying guests and absolutely NO UNDERAGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ARE ALLOWED. The total amount of the guests listed at booking will be the allotted number of guests allowed during the stay with no exceptions.

REGISTRATION/ENTRY & PARKING - ADDITIONAL $103.66 (includes fee/tax) online registration fee is required for ALL stays. This registration gives access to parking passes and microchip bands to be obtained at arrival. Early entry is NOT available from May 15th to August 15th. Outside of this timeframe, guests will be contacted the day of their stay if any type of early entry is possible. Parking is limited to only 2 vehicles at any time. Recreational vehicles such as golf cart/scooter rentals, boats/trailers, etc. are not allowed onsite at the complex.

NOTICE - This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras. Pets of any kind are NOT ALLOWED. Smoking is ONLY permitted in designated smoking areas.

EXTENDED STAYS - Please inquire with us about monthly stay discounts. Extended stays will require an additional deposit and/or cleaning fee. Monthly stays are not available from May thru August.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE - The required damage waiver is non-refundable and only covers accidental damage up to the policy amount for your stay. The damage insurance does not cover outdoor items, intentional/cleaning damages, bath/bed linen, missing items or other broken agreement terms. These items will be charged to the payment method on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations that are made up to 60 days in advance of check-in date will receive a full refund, minus $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance of check-in will forfeit entire amount paid. There shall be no refunds of rent, fees, security deposit, etc., due to shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work or family emergencies or other situations. Cancellations Regarding COVID-19 made less than 60 days, with proof of rental closure, travel ban or testing positive for COVID-19, will receive an option to reschedule their stay at comparable nightly rates, or, a full refund minus 10% of the amount paid towards the reservation.

Beautiful and clean condo with a nice patio view of the ocean. Condo is decorated with beautiful, tasteful coastal Decor and had plenty of room for all of us. The condo is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our trip very much. I would highly recommend this property.

We've stayed at Laketown the past 3 years. We love the location, units are always very nice. Derrick with Daja View was very nice & always available when we had questions. 522 was our favorite. Beach facing-2 rooms with balcony. Elevators were better this year.
"Beautiful Condo"
The condo was beautiful! The master bathroom was spacious, which was great! Waiting on the elevators wasn’t a hassle. Yes, it’s in a congested area, but most places seemed the same way. It is difficult at times to make a left turn out of the property. Also, at busy times it’s hard to turn left into the complex due to those turning into Pineapple Willy’s. We just tried to adjust the times leaving and returning to when it wasn’t as busy.
The one change I would make would be to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom. Otherwise, we were pleased with the rest of the accommodations.

Luckily for us we were on the 5th floor with access to a catwalk to garage. Our condo was beautiful and there are lots of near by places you can walk to so no need to get stuck in traffic.
"Laketown Wharf 522 – Great Stay"
We really enjoyed our stay here. The guys at DaJa View were very professional and helpful. The condo was very clean. The elevators are slow, and people would really make a mess of the grounds and pools, so that made security and other staff unfriendly. We have stayed at Laketown before and enjoyed it, but this stay was even better. Just unfortunate that others are so disrespectful.

We really liked this condo. It was a great price and had a nice view. The kitchen was stocked for what we needed and was clean. Josh and Derrek were so great to work with. The area was not the best we have stayed in, but overall we had a great stay!

This room was gorgeous and well decorated! It had everything we needed. The check-in/check-out process was so simple! All contactless! The pools were wonderful for the kids and we loved being across the street from Pineapple Willys! Will definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay and will definitely be back in the future!The condo was clean and we loved our beach view!The light show was great for the kids and there are alot of good restaurants nearby.Also walmart is just right across the street so that was really convenient.Overall we had a blast and can't wait to come back!

"The cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in."
I’m an observant person when it comes to details. Been in customer service industry for decades. Every rental property or hotel we’ve ever stayed in always has something that’s not cleaned or in the condition that makes me feel good about staying there. But the property we stayed in managed by DaJa View was immaculate! I truly forgot that we were staying in a rental property. Plus there was attention to details in having extras that made it truly easy to feel at home. A storm was coming our way and they reached out to let us know the condo property was locking up some of their back gates . We had constant communication from the time of booking to after our stay. They helped with booking error I had made through VRBO site that would have ruined our plans and took care of it immediately and with total ease. I’m saving their info to always book through them directly from now on!

Room 522 was so clean!! Tons of accommodations and details thought of at the unit! Loved being on a lower floor because elevators were busy. There r elevators to the far left and right of the property that have less people using them. Beds are comfortable and view is so nice. Layout is perfect for 6 people. Very close to beach which was great but made for ALOT of traffic (cars, golf carts, and people). For some reason the weekend we were there in April was like spring break weekend for college aged people. So it wasn’t as “family friendly” and as peaceful as we hoped. We were all adults with our own college aged kids with us so it was entertaining to watch all the ridiculous stoned drunkenness. Walmart and Hungry Howies are walking distance on the lake side if you don’t buy a lot of groceries. Pineapple Willy (bar across street on beach side) cups that are at unit are refillable for a discounted rate. The best kept secret though is Juan Taco which was delicious and on the ground floor of Laketown Wharf. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place to stay. Location was great, right near Walmart and Pineapple Willy’s. Only complaint is the elevators are very slow. Overall thought we all loved the stay.

"Exceptional Condo!"
Our stay was so perfect. The condo had a freshly painted smell to it and the carpet and furnishings appeared brand new. We have never had such a great experience. The management was nice and although it's in a big building, we had no issues getting to the beach, car or to the onsite amenities. We would love to come back!

This is such a great condo!! We had 5 adults and never felt crowded and all could separate when we needed to, yet all be in the same room when we played cards at the kitchen island. The views were pretty amazing also. Management was great and everyone so friendly. We have found our new spot in PCB!!!!
