"Wonderful Beachfront Home Away from Home"

DeJa View is a dream company to work with! The corner view condo was even better than shown. With never ending views of the gulf, beach, coastline, even a colorful hang glider, we couldn’t imagine a better location. We were close to all of the activities and restaurants; but not in the midst of chaos. The management team is awesome, attentive, assisting, accommodating and friendly. We received excellent dining suggestions too. Condo was close to shopping for groceries etc. Also appreciate cable in the unit; us older folk are not into streaming!
We plan to return next winter and will definitely work with DeJa View.

Panama City Beach in the winter was a perfect stay. I was able to stay in a condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean and had all of the amenities that I needed.

We just returned home from a four day mini vacation that was especially needed. First, I must say that booking with DAJA VIEW is a comfort within itself. Derrek is kind, compassionate, and professional. We have used his management Co. several times and I always have a special unit that I like to rent. When we walked into this unit you could feel a calming ambience. Two lamps were turned on and a soft Spa like music was playing. The unit was cleaned immaculately and there is plenty of dinnerware and cookware if you choose to prepare your meals in. Of course there was a Mr. Coffee, a must for me! The bed was very comfortable, and I liked that there were two bathrooms. A brand new washer and dryer had just been installed. The balcony has a perfect view of the Gulf and has a dining table and chairs to enjoy your favorite beverage, or meal. The Regency Towers is an older property, but it has all of the amenities that one could want. We especially liked that we didn't have to park accross the street, or in a stacked parking deck. Try it out, I'm pretty sure that you will be happy!

We had the best time imaginable at Regency Towers with Deja Vu property management. 10 out of 10 Star! The room was impeccable and clean and beautiful and they were so responsive and great . We are definitely making this an annual tradition and will be staying with them again and with this property management agency and hopefully our same beautiful and clean condo. The resort is very family friendly, beaches beautiful, pools amazing, food available on site was great, elevators were quick and I just couldn’t have asked for a better first vacation with my seven year old son and also felt very safe and just wonderful, thank you so much!

Clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. But the best part was the view - Oh, that view!!! And how wonderful to be right on the clean, sandy, beach! The two pools were nice, too. The heated pool was much appreciated when the evening air was cool.

I was super impressed with the property and the whole experience. I brought my daughter as a last minute celebration after taking her Alabama Sate Nursing Boards test in Dothan. I was amazed at the deal we were able to get considering our last minute booking. And the whole experience was better than I could have imagined. This was only her second trip to the beach, and she had the most amazing time celebrating becoming an RN. Thank you all so much for everything. My wife and I took our 1 year old and our 9 year old to the beach. We stayed here and it was just as beautiful as the pictures online. The owner was extremely nice and informative. I’d say the sons first time to the beach was a success!

"Amazing Family Vacation Condo!!"

Derrek and Josh were awesome property owners to work with during our condo rental process. Very professional. The condo itself was extremely spacious, clean and up to date. I loved the carpet since I have a crawling baby and a vacuum was provided. It had anything you could ever need in the kitchen and was very well organized, even labeled. Not only did it have the master bed, it had 2 pull out couches and a roll away cot. Amazing ocean views as a corner unit providing no noisy traffic outside the condo. We were locked out once due to a low battery on the condo door keypad and Josh was there almost immediately to fix it himself. The security around the resort was outstanding and made it easier to relax with our children present. I appreciated their presence and enforcement of rules such as no smoking or drinks in the pools. We got to experience a movie on the lawn and karaoke at Bikini Bob's two separate nights during our stay. Bikini Bob's was fantastic to have for drinks, snacks and meals. There were plenty of chairs by the pools and very nice chairs I might add. Picnic tables and even bench swings facing the ocean for a unique experience. I loved the boardwalk in front of and down to the beach, with kids we had lots to carry and that made it so much easier. I do think the resort could add additional umbrellas as most guests wanted the option for those, but still had more than I've ever personally seen at a resort. The resort itself could use some updates cosmetically on the exterior, but we did see painting happening while we were there also. The 1 and only complaint I would have is the elevators, which is understandably out of the control of the condo owners. It was a very large resort and had various sets of elevators, however, one was broken down for a while during our stay. Truly, they just aren't big enough, once a family and their luggage cart were inside it was basically full. But again would need to be addressed by the resort and board to solve this issue. The area of the resort was nice since it wasn't right in the middle of Panama. It was relaxing not being so crowded and overflowed with traffic. Driving distances to restaurants were not bad at all. I have saved contact information to rent again and would gladly go back to this specific unit. I look forward to seeing if Derrek has additional condos with more bedrooms for family or friends to join us next time. Very pleased with our stay!

"Regency Towers Panama City Beach"

The view is fantastic. I can't say enough about Daja Vu Rentals. I have a bad back and the bed was too soft but Daja Vu came out and rotated the bed and brought brand new cook ware as I told them it was a bit dated. After that everything just fell into place. I will definitely rent with Daja Vu in any future beach rentals. Regency Towers is great for families and couples who want everything in one spot. The have 2 pools (one heated and one not), jacuzzi, exercise room, billiard tables, card table, and a bar & grill with reasonable prices.

"Daja View to the Rescue"

This was our first time to Panama City Beach. We stayed at Regency Towers and the condo had a wonderful view of the beach. My main problem was I couldn't sleep on the soft bed due to my back needing firm mattresses. But not a problem for Daja View. They came out and rotated the bed for me. I mentioned the cook ware was a bit dated too and they bought all new cookware fore the condo. They were amazing.

Regency Towers is a great place for families and couples who want to be on the beach and have everything in one place. The have 2 pools ( one heated and one not), a jacuzzi, exercise room, billiards, card table, and a reasonably priced bar & grill.

"Excellent Facilities and Condo"

The condo was well decorated and in excellent condition. There was everything one would need in the kitchen for a long stay. Paper towels and toilet paper was provided. The bed was very comfortable. Wish the pillows were a bit plumper. I liked the balcony access from both the living room and the bedroom.
The Regency Towers facility was well maintained and rules were enforced without being draconian. Fitness room was good with varied equipment that was functional. I prefer a rowing machine, which not many places have, which they had.
The area has several restaurants nearby. It is a couple of miles from the center of Panama City Beach, which we preferred. Beach is quieter but the main part of the entertainment area is close enough to not be a hassle to get to.
Daja View kept us informed of all the rules and requirements and provided reminders. They also provided a point of contact that was available when needed. Great job y'all.
Overall an excellent place and location. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was well appointed and clean. Everything needed for a week long stay was provided. Regency Towers are also well maintained and have great facilities. All areas were well maintained and clean. Beach access was excellent. Plenty of restaurants were nearby. Far enough away from the center of Panama City Beach to be quite but close enough to be easily accessible. Highly recommend this particular condo and the Regency Towers.

I was happy with everything! ...well not the weather but that’s uncontrollable.The condo was lovely it. It was clean and it looked Exactly like the pictures. We were right on the beach and in the middle where Everything was. I would definitely go back. I recommend it. I had a few issues getting booked because of renovations but I was happy I made them over. Yes 5 ⭐️S from me! Oh and while there please try out The Scream Machine boat ride..it was just amazing. Also Ripleys Believe It Or Not it was cool and fun and J. Michaels they have some great crab legs.

"Best Bang for Your Buck!"

My boyfriend and I searched and searched for the perfect place we could drag that was nice but also wouldn’t break our budget and then we found this GEM! The room is a corner, beach faced room with two bathrooms, which was absolutely perfect for us! The corner was nice because people weren’t running by at night. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. There are two entrances to the balcony from the bedroom and living room so you were able to have a view of the beach from every angle of the condo. The two bathrooms were so nice for us because we didn’t have to wait on the other to finish showering after a long day at the beach. Finally, the condo came stocked with most necessities which was so nice (especially when we were so tired and bought a freezer pizza our first night and were afraid that they’re wasn’t going to be a pizza cutter, they came in the clutch). All-in-all it was a very, very pleasant stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place on the beach!

"Beautiful views indoor and out"

My husband and I just stayed for a week at the end of March. The weather was 60s the week we were there. The complex has three pools- one kiddie, one huge heated pool (somewhat crowed) & one huge un-heated pool (you could have to yourself.) There are rentals for beach chairs and umbrellas. The corner unit is quiet.The patio to the unit has a table for four and is well-shaded. The value is excellent given the views, proximity to the beach, and the amenities.

My wife and I spent a long weekend at this unit for a "Baby Moon" and enjoyed every moment! The unit felt clean and was nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and much larger than it appears in pictures. The king size bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed that this was an end unit, which made it feel even more private. The entire complex is nice and was very peaceful at this time of year.

This condo is so clean and homey. Beautiful views from the 9th floor balcony with access to stairs right outside the door… but NO stair noise at all. Fast elevators in the complex, too. King-size bed is comfy and the access to the balcony from the bedroom is a bonus! Kitchen is open and well-stocked. Two full, updated bathrooms are wonderful! Communication with the management company (especially Derek) was spot-on during the entire process. Easy checkin and out upon arrival and departure. The code on the door means no key to carry around! Overall lovely stay. Thinking about it? You won’t be disappointed.

We had a fabulous stay at Regency Towers in condo 905. Although Regency Towers is an older complex, our condo appears to be recently refurbished. 905 was not only beautifully and comfortably furnished, but also immaculately clean. I brought cleaning supplies from home but did not need a single one. Derrek and the staff from VRBO and Regency Towers were all very friendly and helpful. The section of beach near the condo was also much quieter and less crowded than other sections of Panama City Beach. Very relaxing and stress free visit. We would stay in Regency Towers 905 again in a heartbeat!

Corner unit with amazing view...from within the condo, not just outside on the balcony. Love all the windows. Quiet corner. Perfect location...close enough to everything for convenience but just far enough so there’s no major traffic right outside the property. Two large pools plus great beach access. Fitness center is spacious with lots of cardio machines, including a rower. No free weights but two cable machines. Condo is well stocked. Only recommendation for the property as a whole is improve the WiFi. Not a huge deal for us as we, like most, need to disconnect more. We would still go back!

We loved everything about this condo! It was super clean and in the best location! You’re right on the beach, shorter walk in sand than most as well, and it’s not as busy as other spots. Booking was super easy. Derrick stayed in touch the whole time, even texting to make sure we stayed safe with double red flags out. We make a trip to PCB each year . We have to 2 little ones and wanted to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of PCB and still be able to enjoy the beach . This place met all of our needs . It is a family friendly resort and this is an end unit which provides a lot privacy . We never heard any other travelers while sitting on the balcony. The public beach access is just steps away from this corner unit so there wasn’t issues popping up our tent each day . With children this was a must ! We truly enjoyed our stay and The management kept great communication throughout our entire stay . I have already recommended this place to friends !

This condo is beautiful! Recently renovated and nicely decorated. Everything is fresh and new. I was impressed with how well stocked it is and how comfortable the bed was. We were very comfortable!
The property is very clean and well managed. The pools are amazing! Bikini Bob's is so convenient and very affordable. We couldn't get over how low the prices are. You have ocean views from every window and of course the balcony. Just gorgeous!! We were in heaven! The property is convenient to so many restaurants and the grocery store. We walked to Schooners down the beach and had a wonderful dinner. We definitely would stay in this unit again. We had a great time! This was a great end corner unit overlooking the beach. We hope that we can rent this one again due to the closeness to the beach and away from the crazy night life of PCB! It was cozy and quiet. Derrick checked in with us to see how everything was going by text message. The only issue we had was the age of the mattress and Derrick assured us that he would be informing the owner. Although the mattress had the sleep indentions, it still slept okay. We really didn't want to leave this morning, but alas, the real world called us home.

Having an end unit is exactly what we wanted. The remodel was very nice and clean. Regency was clean and the access to the pools, beach, and Bikini Bob’s was great!! No complaints at all 5 stars!!

We loved the views in this unit. Windows and balcony are placed in the best spots, you can see the ocean first thing when you wake up! Very tasteful decor.

"Lovely condo"

We had a wonderful time at Regency condos. The condo itself was perfect with sunset Gulf beach views and it was light and spacious.The heated pool was perfect on cooler days. We arrived late Sunday, we were due to check in Monday afternoon, and Deja Vu rental was very accommodating in arranging to let us in early . Cannot say enough regarding Derek, he promptly arranged replacement of a broken coffee maker and frequently followed up to ensure our stay was comfortable .Bring binoculars to observe stingrays ,dolphins, ospreys, pelicans, kite surfers etc. from the balcony.

"Fantastic condo"

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was possibly one of the cleanest condos we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot. We loved that it is an end unit, giving you a beautiful view of the west end of the beach. The biggest plus regarding this unit is that the bedroom is ocean side which is not the case for most one bedroom units. Derek with DaJa View Property Management was amazing to work with. It felt more like we were staying at a friend's condo rather than renting it from a management group. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

"Relaxing Beach Getaway!"

This unit was even better than we expected. It is well updated and a very quiet and clean end unit. Because the complex is a bit removed from the newer part of Panama City the beach and pools were never extremely crowded (over a holiday week) and we always had a great spot on the sand. Derrek (the property manager) was always available and checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was the perfect condo for our girls getaway!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this condo and plan to return again next year. I love the décor and it was easy access to the beach.

After sipping coffee this morning on our end unit condo balcony, and watching the pelicans catch their brunch, what else could a person wish for? I'm a certified PCBeach loving kinda woman, as I have been my entire life. The unit itself had every comfort imaginable, and was freshly refurbished earlier this year. I'm always looking for cleanliness, well stocked kitchen supplies, and not too 'cutesy' décor. This passed the test. I will say that the refrigerator is probably on it's last leg, there was no ice maker, but ice trays.....It was just my husband and me on this trip so no big deal for us. I would encourage couples, or guests with only two children or less to use this condo. The view is awesome, and the owner has gone to great lengths to make your vacation comfy and satisfying. I wish I was back there!!!!

"Clean, inviting home away from home with stunning views!"

My husband and I just spent five nights here and thoroughly enjoyed or stay. The weather was less than desirable the first couple of days (we woke up to a tornado warning the first morning), so we appreciated even more the fresh, clean atmosphere of this unit. I don't know how I missed this during booking, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this unit is a corner unit. The balcony (and vacant lot next to the Regency Towers) offers an extensive view of the beach, ocean, and stunning sunsets. Added bonus was having neighbors only on one side and no traffic in front of the unit. It was a very quiet, peaceful, relaxing time for us. The one critique I would offer is regarding the bed in the master bedroom. Husband and I both struggled to get comfortable, and found the mattress to be less than inviting/conducive to good sleep. All in all, it was a small trade off for a beautiful trip.
