GUEST REQUIREMENTS - The primary guest MUST be 25 years of age or older with valid ID and occupy the ENTIRETY of the stay. The primary guest will also be required to digitally sign a rental agreement, holding the primary guest responsible for all actions taken during the stay for all guests occupying the property. Guests of ALL AGES are counted as occupying guests and absolutely NO UNDERAGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ARE ALLOWED. The total amount of the guests listed at booking will be the allotted number of guests allowed during the stay with no exceptions.

REGISTRATION/ENTRY & PARKING - Early entry is NOT available from May 15th to August 15th. Outside of this timeframe, guests will be contacted the day of their stay if any type of early entry is possible. Parking for 1 vehicle and wrist bands for your group (4 max) are provided. Additional parking pass may be purchased with the front gate attendant. Parking is limited to only 2 vehicles at any time.

NOT INCLUDED - Beach services and supplies are not included during your stay. Kitchenette does not offer full size appliances. Washer/Dryer is not included at this studio. Access to exercise facility is off limits to guests.

NOTICE - This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras. Pets of any kind are NOT ALLOWED. Smoking is ONLY permitted in designated smoking areas. This studio does not have sunset beach views as it faces east.

EXTENDED STAYS - Please inquire with us about monthly stay discounts. Extended stays will require an additional deposit and/or cleaning fee. Monthly stays are not available from May thru August.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE - The required damage waiver is non-refundable and only covers accidental damage up to the policy amount for your stay. The damage insurance does not cover outdoor items, intentional/cleaning damages, bath/bed linen, missing items or other broken agreement terms. These items will be charged to the payment method on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations that are made up to 60 days in advance of check-in date will receive a full refund, minus $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance of check-in will forfeit entire amount paid. There shall be no refunds of rent, fees, security deposit, etc., due to shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work or family emergencies or other situations. Cancellations Regarding COVID-19 made less than 60 days, with proof of rental closure, travel ban or testing positive for COVID-19, will receive an option to reschedule their stay at comparable nightly rates, or, a full refund minus 10% of the amount paid towards the reservation.

"Wonderful vacation!!!!"
We stayed at the Boardwalk Beach Resort for our school Spring Break! My boys are 10 and twins and they loved it. It was definitely more of a family friendly resort which we were happy about. We appreciated the gated security and parking was easy to access and if full, there were additional places to park. Communication with property management was EXCELLENT! We will book again in the future!

This room provided a magical experience! Beautiful, airy, bright and accommodating. A fantastic view of the ocean, clean, incredibly comfortable bed and glorious pillows. A perfect mini kitchen offers opportunity to cook and the soaker tub is a golden find for bath lovers. Convenient to shops and restaurants with stunning white beaches just a few steps away. This room offers a perfect paradise get-away!

Over What is the best experience we have had this far on our family vacations. The only problem was the fact that our mini fridge never worked the whole time even though they tried to fix it on the property. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again for future trips.

We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony (small, but incredible views). The guys at Daja View were very responsive and helpful. Perfect place to stay. The room was very clean and perfectly sized. Check-in was very simple. It was located far enough away that you didn’t have to fight traffic but close enough that everything was just a short drive away. I most definitely will stay again.

Would definitely stay here again! Updated with beautiful views and a beachy feel. I can honestly say this is the best condo we’ve ever stayed at. Very clean. Owners check in to make sure your stay is great. Love the key code entry. No keeping up with a card. Definitely enjoyed our stay. And there is a Sunsations shop located at the condos that has anything you need or souvenirs you’d like to take home. Loved our stay here!

I was very sketchy at first will some comments being negative. I will have to admit upon our arrival we was amazed by the outside of the condo.we was met by a security guards at the entrance. They was making sure that the ones entering was scheduled to be on site. The walked around all hours of the day to verify everyone was safe. My wife and I was looking at each other with wide eyes. Once we got to our room and opened our door it was breath taken. I normally will not brag about anything but this place was just mind blowing. Very clean, the decorations was top notch . The bed was very soft the sleep was great. The view of the ocean was amazing. I think I could go on and on on how amazing this place was. From the building, the view, the security, and area was fantastic.
