We are finishing up our 5 weeks stay and we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit to PCB, DaJa View Vacation rentals and the property. The home is fantastic, the location is perfect, and our communications with Derrek was excellent. The attention to detail he provided for our arrival was TOP NOTCH!!!

"Elwood’s Beach House"

Spent 10 days at this beautiful property in August. We were so pleased! The house was extremely clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the ability to bring our dog, as well as the garage access.
Plenty of "extras" you don't always see in a rental -- lots of hangers, nightlights in appropriate areas, working deadbolts, etc.
Communication was outstanding -- any questions/concerns were immediately answered and addressed.
We would certainly recommend!

I cant rate this vacation rental or the owner any higher than 5 stars but if i could I would. If i had a question then Derrick was always responding under 5 min. The home is clean and there is everything from cooking utensils to fans. My favorite was the pool! We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed 5 nights/6 days & had the best time! The property was super clean, very spacious and so beautiful. Such a beachy feel with the decor, beautiful trees and plants. Derrek was very helpful and quickly responded to anything we needed. The house was just minutes away from the beach & we absolutely enjoyed the pool!!! We appreciated the extra measure for pool safety with a lock up high. This property had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay again!!

Our family had the best time in PCB at this beautiful property. It was super clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beachy feel with the decor and beautiful plants and trees. The pool was wonderful, we really appreciated the extra safety measure with a door lock high and out of reach of little ones. We drove to the beach most days, but also enjoyed a couple short walks to the beach in the morning and evening. The property manager was very efficient in responding to and helping us with everything we needed. We loved our stay and would definately stay again!!

Our group consisted of 3 adults 2 children. We never were cramped in this house. It's much larger than it looks. The home was nicely staged for us when we arrived and was extremely clean and neat. The pool was a great hit for the little ones and kept them busy. The local area was great also with many things to do nearby including the gorgeous beach that was only a few minutes walk. Thomas Drive is a busier road to cross, but we never had issues with getting across or waiting very long. Definitely recommend this house and management!

This home is amazing! Plenty of room and an inviting layout to where no one is left out of the fun! The pool was amazing and really nice to have when not everyone like the sand!!! There was plenty of room for our group and no one was stepping on top of each other!

"Family vacay 7/19 – 7/24/22"

We had 6 kids under the age of 10 - the pool was a huge hit!! The house was clean & fit our family of 10 (4 adults & 6 kids) perfectly- very cozy and nice. The only disappointment was the garage - advertised as a game area - it had water issues and the air hockey table did not work and ping pong table top was broken. We spent zero time in the garage. The only other issue was toilet paper - each bathroom only had a partial roll . Overall it was a great place to stay close to the beach - walking distance- kids loved it!!

This was a beautiful property! The inside was so spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed. Each room is comfortable and well maintained. The bedrooms were very clean and the bathrooms were well stocked. The pool is clean and already had some pool toys which was great. The garage has a pool table and fuseball table which the kids loved. Could get a little hot though. There was about of construction outside but it was still easy to navigate. The house is about a 7 minute walk to the beach which was great because we didn't have to find parking. Derrick was great to work with and also checked up to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall great place to stay and works definitely stay there again.

The house was spacious and we thought the beds upstairs were comfortable. It was so nice to have the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and that was great because we did not need to figure out where to park at. The house was clean, I think my only compliant was they need more mats by the doors that lead outside and the garage gets wet inside when they have a lot of rain. Therefore there is mold growing in the garage and a strong smell of mold in the garage. Sadly that is where the pool table and foosball table was. But overall what a nice house and we would love to stay there again!

Nice house, clean, close to the beach, about 5 mins walking to the beach. The only problem is the swimming pool too deep for kids and adults ( i think it is over 8 foot deep). But i am glad to pick this house for vacation. Maybe next tme if i visit Panama City, i will choose it again

The house and pool were fabulous. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was wonderful. No shortage of hot water which was a big plus with 3 bathrooms. Easy walk to the beach!

This is our 6th trip renting a home (in different parts of the US) this year and this was the best experience we've had so far. “A perfect get away” is just that! The house was the perfect size for our family of six adults and one infant. It was well stocked with all you need. It was decorated very nice, the pool was ideal for me and my husband since we don’t like getting in the sand and ocean. Location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and many other attractions. Derrick was very helpful when I had questions, he was also prompt with his reply. We all enjoyed our stay! We loved this house and the location. The property manager was incredibly helpful/responsive. The layout of the house was great for our group (6 adults and 3 kids). The pool was our favorite part! I would recommend this house and we will hopefully be back. The only downside is that you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but we never had issues. People always stopped for us and let us cross.

Everything about the process for renting this property was seamless! Derrek was great to work with! The house was well maintained and clean. We hesitated to come to FL, but needed a COVID get away and this enabled us to enjoy a private get alway. Pool was perfect size. This property was beyond what we expected for our last minute planned summer vacation. We initially has plans to take a cruise which was cancelled, but when I found this property I knew that we would be able to enjoy ourselves. The home was very cozy and clean. WOW. We expected a nice home for our family vacation, but this home is incredible! We literally asked Derrek if we could buy it! Upon entry, the curb appeal was meticulously maintained. When we walked in the house, the meticulous care, furnishings and decor kept going throughout the house. Nicely stocked with kitchen supplies, linen and some extras! The decor was simple but very nice. The backyard is very large, with a tall privacy fence and AMAZING pool. The kids were prunes by the end of every day. We had to keep telling them to get out to eat and use the restroom! lol...Sorry for the long review, but the owner, DaJa View and the home itself deserve the credit. We will be back for sure, but we hope that everyone else will appreciate the care that goes into this home and respect the property for when we and other guests return. The guys at DaJa View work so hard, and this home is a great representation of that. Thank you to the owner and staff at DaJa View. We will see you again soon!!

4 adults and 2 children had the best vacation here! Even if COVID-19 put a damper on the trip, this house made up for it. We always found things to do. The house itself is decorated so nicely and is super comfortable, clean and spacious! We would definitely come back here if returning to PCB and hope it's available when we need it. "Great stay, well equipped awesome hosts!"

We had a very Relaxing week in the wake of Covid19. The house was well stocked and so clean. The pool was perfect and the house is easy walking distance from the ocean. The neighborhood is up and coming with only a bit of lasting hurricane damage. It was very safe and clean feeling despite the few properties around the street what needed work. The awesome high privacy fence made the back yard seem secluded and comfortable! The guys who run this little rental company are awesome! They are some of the most responsive and helpful hosts we have ever had. We will return to PCB and we will certainly try and stay with this company again. 10 out of 10 week. (And yes that’s while there was a toilet paper shortage Which didn’t affect us,and all the beaches were closed.)

This home was all around terrific! Location was close to the beach, restaurants,and shopping. The home was clean and backyard and pool was also clean and kept up nicely. The kitchen was stocked with practically everything you could think of and more! The property manager was super nice and checked on us via text several times to ensure we were comfortable and happy with everything the home had to offer. My husband and i travel several times a year and prefer private homes over the usual condos or hotels. This home had it all! We thought it was very thoughtful of the property manager to reach out to us to ensure all was well! Will definitely be looking to book this property again when we return to Florida.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space for all. The pool was great, plenty large enough, and nightime swimming was perfect with no mosquitoes. Having a working, clean grill was great too. Derrek from DajaView was awesome to deal with and made sure we had a great time. The house was perfect for our group. It was convenient to the beach each day and then the pool was wonderful for the evenings. There was plenty of room in the house to be all together as a group or spread out if we wanted some space! The kitchen and laundry had everything we needed as well. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were huge and we even had enough room in the master closet to fit a pack n play... wonderful for quiet and dark naps for a 2 year old!! The house was very nice, with beautiful decor, flooring and upgrade; along with it being comfy making it felt as if we were at home. We have been vacationing as a family/friends with small kids and dogs for years and this is by far our favorite rental property so far!! I would definitely recommend for groups especially those traveling with kids - the yard and pool are AWESOME!!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! The check in process was very easy, and responses from property management were extremely fast from the minute it was booked 10 months out to the time when we were leaving the house. The house was very clean, and the inside was perfect - pictures don’t do it justice how nice it is. Very spacious and can easily accommodate 3 families with kids. Having the pool was awesome for evenings. I would not recommend walking to the beach if you have a lot of stuff to haul down with you, but access is very close just to go take a walk down there, and public beach access is only a short drive down the road in either direction when you have a lot of things you want to take with you. We will definitely be looking this place up again the next time we come back!!

There is access to so many things like shopping, great places to eat and beach access. Everything is literally within walking distance. This was a really pretty house, especially for a family. The pool was very clean & was very fun for the kids. We were displaced from our home due to hurricane Michael. After several months of condo living we enjoyed this house, yard and pool. Derrek was awesome and super quick to answer any questions we had. Perfect house and local for any vacation.

"Simply perfect!!!"

This home and DaJaView were wonderful! This was our first post retirement escape from winter in Wisconsin and we could not have gotten a better place to spend it. We brought my 88 year old mother in law with, and the main level was perfect for her with everything easily accessible. The rooms are all spacious, beds were super comfortable for us, and there are plenty of sitting areas when you need some separation. We had a small dog with us and the large fenced in backyard was great for him to be out without a leash. The grass was good too...no sand burrs!!
The pool is a great size and beautiful, not heated (which we knew ahead), but fun to sit by anyway. Must be awesome in the summer!
The neighborhood was convenient and we felt very comfortable. Nice neighbors.
Josh and Derrek were wonderful to work with. We were there just shy of 5 weeks and anytime we needed to contact them, responses were immediate, friendly, and professional. They also checked in occasionally just to be sure all was well. Our thanks for making this a perfect escape!!

Over all we had an awesome time, House is super nice, big enough for 12 people with extra space for everyone!! Pool has to be a 100 plus, my kids had a super awesome time on it. Walk to the beach that's it's just 2 blocks from the house and short distance for many food and fun places. I will definally come back and stay here again no questions asked. Derrek answered all questions and concerns like right away and that's a 10 plus! We loved it and will have wonderful memories for the future. Thanks for everything!!!

We had 3 couples and 2 single men so the sleeping arrangements were different and we ended up using all the rooms. Don’t know how you’d fit 13 in this house but the quality of the home cannot have been better. Read the rules and respect their property and the security deposit is refunded promptly.

If you’ve got a family group I would recommend this rental. Also has a pretty sweet pool.

"Wow! What a great house!"

My husband and I have stayed at 6 properties through VRBO in recent years and this was by far the best one we have ever rented. We stayed here for 7 weeks and really felt completely at home. The house was immaculate and thoroughly updated. The décor is tasteful and calming. The furniture is very comfortable. The house is spacious and can accommodate 6-8 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots, utensils and dishes. All appliances worked. The yard is totally fenced in with a nice size pool. The high fencing around the property allows for plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet.

The location of the property is terrific. Just off a main road making access to all really good , yet not in the heart of all the business of the area - which is not far away if you want it. Its maybe a 2 minute walk to beach access which was great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby by with Walmart about 1.5 miles away for all your basic needs. There's plenty to do in the area for adults as well as children. We are nature lovers and really enjoyed the parks in the area especially St Andrew's and Conservation Park.

But what makes the house really special besides its great condition and its location is the management team of Josh and Derrek. Any questions or concerns are dealt with promptly and with great attention. We really felt cared for by them and they are truly wonderful guys.

We were saddened to leave as we had such a great time there. We are almost sorry we rented the house though because we fear that all else will pale in comparison to this place. Don't hesitate at all to rent this house. You will absolutely love it, and Josh and Derrek as well.

"Beautiful property and great location"

Our family stayed at this lovely home August 12, 2017 through the 19th. The home was terrific and the owner's were so easy to work with!. It was clean and updated and fit our family perfectly. There were places to go within walking distance and the beach was only 2 blocks away. The beach wasn't crowded in this area either. There were turtle nests to view on the beach but we didn't get to see them hatch. But it was exciting to know that they might! Many things to do and see in a short driving distance as well. We spent time at St Andrews State Park and enjoyed some calmer water and fish by the jetties. We also rented a pontoon for a day and took it to Shell Island. That is a must when in the area. There is a cute little nearby restaurant called Jesse's Place that serves breakfast and lunch. It's delicious and very reasonable. Dusty's is also a must when in the area and if you like oysters. We definitely hated to leave but hope to return one day! Thanks for everything!

"Beautifully furnished & super immaculate!"

A super short walk across the street to the beach & all beach activities such as parasailing & jet skies that our kids had a blast doing! A short drive to the Marina where we enjoyed a 3.25 hour cruise of snorkeling/dolphin sightings! We even rented a "Scooter" at a friendly place at the corner by the house. Lots of souvenir shops, arcade, mini golf, & restaurants. We captured a gorgeous sunset & sunrise right on the beach! The inground swimming pool at the property was a bonus as well. A beautiful property to stay! We were super satisfied!

"Spacious, pretty, easy walk to beach"

The house was decorated beautifully, wifi was great, plenty of room for everyone. The beds were also very comfy. Walking to the beach with 4 kids was a lot easier than I anticipated. This part of the beach was not crowded at all. Lots of places you can walk to to eat or for a night out. We also rented a pontoon boat for half a day and went to shell island, it was a memory maker! Best of all Josh and Derrek are hands on and kept in touch to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!

"Gorgeous updated home in great location!!"

This gorgeous remodeled home had all the bells and whistles! Private pool, fenced backyard, spacious bedrooms and updated appliances just to name a few! Each room had it's own television and hi-def cable! My husband and I traveled with two small kids and 5 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, shops and entertainment. This home is in a prime location! The property manager was very responsive and great throughout the entire process. Will definitely come back and rent this house again next year!

"Great joint family vacation house!"

Myself and my teenager, my 2 girlfriend's and their teenagers all arrived Sat. Check in was a breeze! The house is great! 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Upstairs has a bedroom/full bath w/stand up full size shower and king size bed and large closet and a balcony with sliding glass doors. Another bedroom with 2 beds large closet full size(huge) bathroom with tub. Also a small sitting area at top of stairs. The upstairs is carpeted. Downstairs is another bedroom with nice size closet, this bedroom is perfect for someone who is disabled or can not go up stairs. The downstairs has wooden floors. In back of house is a game/sitting room with sofa bed and huge chair. Tv with gaming system(kids loved it while waiting on lunch/dinner to be prepared) kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept and great place to hang out. We prepared many meals at home. The kitchen comes complete with pots and pans and kitchen appliances to make you feel just like you're at home! Kitchen has bar seating for 4.Downstairs bathroom has large full size shower only bathroom. The living room is inviting with its electric fireplace, dvd, huge smart tv and another sofa bed. We had family movie night and we played games in kitchen at night while sipping margaritas. I really felt at home and loved the decor. The backyard has grill, picnic table, chairs and...your own pool! So if you don't feel like getting sand everywhere one day you can hang at the pool. If you do go to the beach you also have outdoor shower to wash off all that sand! Nice patio in front yard to relax on also. Big trees in front yard to shade your car from the sun. The neighborhood is quiet and across Thomas drive to walk to beach, Dat Cajun Place, bar, jet ski rental in 3-5 minutes. We had 9 total people and had room for more in this house. The decor is delightful and everything is new and very clean! This home is perfect for big families, group vacations with friends or family, bringing disabled family members. I want to come back and bring my mother who is in a wheelchair, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are perfect for her. Josh and Derrek are wonderful property managers, they have a wealth of knowledge of Panama city beach to offer. This is the east end of PCB so it is away from all the crowds, but don't worry quick drive and you can be surrounded by tourists! Can I say more, yes I could. But I was very happy with our rental experience, had a wonderful vacation and will rent again.
