"Clean, comfortable and well equipped…"

A nice unit… was clean and tidy when we showed up and had a lot of little things covered (trash bags, soap, appliances, including k-cup coffee maker). Balcony seating was perfect and the beach chairs made for great relaxing beach days. We like staying on 3rd or 4th floors here to avoid the elevators, and this unit was conveniently located near the center stairs. Happy to stay here for the second time!

"Clean, Beautiful Decor, Breathtaking View"

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago. First thing I noticed was how clean the condo was and how beautifully decorated it is. Next thing was the view: it was absolutely stunning. You're looking right out on the Gulf and it's breathtaking, both from inside the condo and esp from the balcony, which was very comfortable with plenty of seating. Kitchen was fully stocked, towels and linens are provided. It was our first time in PCB in over 20 years and we had a great time. Looking forward to going back hopefully soon

This was our third time staying at Regency Towers #415. As we entered to that million dollar ocean view we knew we had chosen the perfect destination. This place never disappoints. The view, the cleanliness, the beautiful decor and the perfect location is incredible. Wow, the owners go above and beyond to make this our favorite getaway. Oh, did I say the magnificent view and the cleanliness! Thanks once again for making our anniversary celebration a trip to remember. We'll see you next year #415.

This condo is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need along with the spices! The view is amazing and the people very friendly and welcoming! My family and I will not stay anywhere else on our trips to the beach but here! Kudos to the owners for making our stay perfect.

Stayed at unit 415 at Regency Towers. The condo was beautiful, well maintained and perfectly decorated!!! Derrek was awesome as the PM. We had a non-condo issue and he went above and beyond to solve this issue and communicated with us every step of the way!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Loved the condo! It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen was stocked well and we never ran out of plates or utensils! There are 4 beach chairs in the condo which was nice and you can also use the one down by the beach. The pool area is amazing! They have 2 large pools, a small pool, and hot tub. They have a bar by the pool where you can order food, drinks, and cocktails all for a really good price!!! Would 100% rent here again!!!

The condo is amazing and beautifully decorated. The fresh flowers were appreciated and pretty. Very clean and well stocked. We did not have hot water in one of the showers but we just used the other. I did not ask for repairs because we did not mind and had left a lot of personal belongings in the room and didn’t want to have someone inside without us being there. The elevators are like all others, very busy but we took the stairs bc it was only 4 floors. We would book with DaJa View again and stay in this same condo. DaJa View kept in touch, let us know when the condo was ready and great instructions on checkout. We had a wonderful trip!!!!

"Absolutely perfect!"

My daughter wanted to do a Mother/Daughter beach trip. This condo did not disappoint. If cleanliness is as important to you as it is to me…this is the place for you. It is so beautifully decorated. They had everything we could need. We loved the convenience of a quick lunch at the pool bar. Communication was wonderful and very helpful. The view is amazing!! We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We would certainly recommend this condo for your beach stay. Take care of it while you stay because you can tell it is loved by the owners. They even have all the lights tastefully and discreetly labeled as well as various other things. We will most definitely rent this condo again.

To keep it short and sweet. We spent thanksgiving here with our family. The host was great with quick responses with any issues. all issues had nothing to do with the condo itself. The heated pool was great for the days in the 60's. Condo was clean, and well stocked. We will be returning to this condo at our first chance. Happy Holidays.

This unit was well stocked, clean, and conveniently located on the property. The elevators get a little busy, so the 4th floor is convenient enough to walk, while still getting the elevated ocean view. The property management company was amazing to work with, with no issues prior or during our stay. We would definitely love to book agai !

"PCB Regency Towers stay"

My family and I stayed at Regency Towers the week of 7/16-7/23. This is our 4th year staying at RT, but our first booking with Daja View PM. Prior to our arrival, there was great communication with details of our stay along with follow up reminders closer to check in time. The 4th floor unit was beautifully decorated, with straight on ocean views from the balcony and conveniently close to the elevators/stairs. This was one of the cleanest and well stocked units we have stayed in, with every kitchen utensil we could need! I always get a little anxious booking with someone new, but very early on in the week my family all agreed that everything was perfect and we would love to book the same unit again next year!

We took my daughter to PCB for her Graduation present. The condo was exactly how the ad described it! It was so clean and tidy! Beds were very comfortable as well as the couch’s. It rained most of the days we came. So the comfy living room made our lazy days much more desirable! The puzzles were a huge hit with my 12 year old! Regency Towers 415 - Absolutely wonderful. We stayed in August and we couldn't believe it when we walked through the door. The view was breathtaking. There it was, the ocean, right in front of us. After marveling at the view, we got settled in and couldn't believe the beauty of the decor. It looked so lovely. Each and every detail was to perfection. Everything we needed was provided and we were wishing it was our home away from home. The cleanliness was top notch-another 10 star. Every room felt so inviting and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. You could tell the owners and the property management team took great pride in this beautiful condo. We hope to return many times in the future. "Excellent"

Working with the team at Daja View was like talking to family or friends. They are great! They checked on us before, during and even after our trip to make sure we were doing well and that we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect!! You could tell the owners and the Daja team really cared about their home and our experience. Walking in was like coming home, it was spotless ( I am a clean freak), and so well decorated and comfortable! It had everything you could need. Just bring your clothes and a few groceries and you are set!! We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!!

This is my third time staying at this awesome condo at Regency Towers. I can't say enough good things about this place. Cute decor, great location in PCB, ocean views, convenience to pools and beach! Wow! What an amazing vacation! I could tell early on that this was going to be a great vacation. The communication from the property manager was great from the start and continued all the way up until the end of our trip. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. The location is great and close to great restaurants. We loved having quick access to Bikini Bobs whenever we wanted a nice drink or quick meal. Everyone was so nice as well. Being on the 4th floor was great for us, because it was easy to take the stairs whenever the elevator took a while or was full. We've been going to PCB for 7 years, and this was the best trip we've had thus far. We can't wait to return.

Our two Regency Condos made our family vacation the very best it could be. Although we were pretty prepared grocery and beverage wise, they have a little bar area called Bikini Bob’s by the pool. We had cocktails and chili cheese fries poolside! The workout room overlooks the beach. The pools were never too crowded. We grilled out one night on the side of the towers. Our condo was well stocked and very clean! So cute! We will be back. Thanks Dajaview and Regency Towers!

Clean unit, nice furniture, nice deck view. We’ve stayed at the Regency Tower four times now, and have come to appreciate the nice beach coupled with a warm pool. (Kids can swim all day while we still get an ocean view and sand in the toes whenever we want.) This unit was done nicely, had what we needed for a nice week on the beach.

This condo was very clean, which is very important to me, especially in a beach setting. It had many thoughtful touches that made our stay so much better. The beds were very comfortable. The televisions all worked well. The location was perfect with a beautiful beach view.

We were very happy with this condo. It was tastefully decorated and was well stocked with essentials, including chairs for the beach and other items. The pool area was nice and Bikini Bob's offered a good place to grab a drink. Check-in and check-out was easy and there was good communication with property management. The unit itself was great, although the Regency Towers could use a little facelift in some common areas and the parking lot side.

The condo is 5 star. Complex is dated but kept in good condition considering the traffic. Management is top notch - we have never had better communication. The company OWNERS were actually helping clean when we arrived early! That's when you know they truly care about their guests and company image. They deserve all the credit!

My family and I stayed at this condo for the first time in September 2019. We had a great time then. Love the location, the ease of access to the pool and the beach. Same holds true for our most recent stay in June 2020. The owners have continued to improve the condo and the property management company is very responsive. We stayed for the month of February 2020 in this beautiful condo. It is decorated tastefully, beautifully and very clean. Anyone would be very happy to stay here. It is fully equipped for all your needs.
We did have an issue with noise from the unit above but Derek of DajaView was on it quickly and eventually it was resolved.
Derek was always available and quick to answer our questions and concerns. He even provided us with some recommendations for dining and my wife's special birthday dinner.

My family and I loved this condo. It was very clean and conveniently located. I loved the pools on the property as well as the very short walk to the beach. The convenience of having Bikini Bobs on the property was also awesome as I didn’t have to carry a cooler to the beach along with my little one. The condo has been recently remodeled and is very cute and comfortable. The property managers are the best and most responsive I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely enjoyed this property and will stay here again.

We had a Great time. Everyone was extremely helpful, caring. The condo was clean. Nice decor. The view was beautiful. They called to check on us. They assisted us in getting in early due to our early arrival. Overall a great time.

"Panama City Getaway"

The condo is just as listed. It has been nicely remodeled and has an amazing view of the Gulf. Being on the 4th floor was convenient for taking the stairs, since the elevators are not always working. Mind you this is a a facility straight out of the seventies, the common spaces are not up to date or very clean. That being said you can get a pool side beer for $2.50 and a hot dog for $1.99. We were able to Uber there from the airport and the Bate Shop sold liquor and beer accross the street. There was also a Dollar General Store available for food and such. Schooners a seafood restaurant right on the water was also withing walking distance on the beach and had excellent seafood. Ate there twice, get the blackened grouper sandwhich or the blackened red fish basket The condo itself was very lovely and well appointed.

"Family oriented and clean"

This is a great place to take family for either a week or long weekend getaway. Not only were did pictures accurate but everything was clean as well. Derrick, the property manager/owner (not real sure) was very responsive. He communicated from the time I made the reservation to the time we left. He made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. He even left a bottle of wine in the frig, as requested. I would definitely plan a vacation through this rental company again.

What a great experience! Derrek with the property management company was very proactive in ensuring that all of our questions were answered BEFORE we arrived; so very responsive. The unit is in a great location, close to amenities, and wonderfully stocked. The unit's condition is great and everything that we needed for our stay was there. You can tell that the owner and management deeply care about making sure guests are taken care of. No complaints and we will definitely consider renting again as we want to make Panama City Beach an annual vacation. The only thing that we would change is increasing our stay from 4 days to a whole week as it went way too fast! It was nice that the unit offered rentals less than a week, though. The building itself has great, lengthy pools, a workout facility, and a rental office. Parking was pretty good and we always found a spot even after returning late. Great stay overall and wonderful memories that I hope will last for a lifetime!

I want to thank Derrek for his attention and concern for our stay at RT. Derrek was very attentive and informative. I could not ask for better customer service.
Derrek offered us an early check in at the Condo. This was very accommodating since we left Atlanta early am to avoid the traffic in Atlanta. When we arrived at the Codo we were very please with the overall condition of the unit. This unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Unit is updated and very clean. We will contact Derrek in the future if we stay at RT.

"Nicely appointed and well maintained condo"

I enjoyed my stay at RT unit 415. The accommodations were very nice with a modern clean feel. The 4th floor unit was Gulf front and very spacious. The bathrooms had been updated and were very nicely decorated. The kitchen had ample cooking utensils and was spacious and well organized.
I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the whole month of March 2019 in the fourth floor condo at Regency Towers. We instantly felt at home in the pristine accommodations. Watching the dolphins play from the balcony was a daily treat. The heated pool was toasty and could not have been better. Derek was diligent in all his duties and communications as manager and it was greatly appreciated! Five stars!

What a fantastic condo! This unit was exactly as described. It is evident that the DaJa View Management and the owner of the unit care very much about their property and their guests. Derrek and Josh were fantastic in keeping good communication with us from the beginning to the end. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly and kindly addressed. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen was supplied with all the cooking utensils needed. It was so nice to have a full-size fridge in the unit. Having a keyless code lock to enter and exit the unit was super convenient. Also, the 24 hour guarded and gated property made us feel very safe during our entire stay. The building is one of the older ones on the beach, but the staff was constantly maintaining, cleaning and working on the grounds. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. It is so nice to have a unit that is overlooking the beach. Having clear sight of the ocean all day was very relaxing. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening and almost all the phenomenal sunrises. Being on the east end of the beach was fantastic since it wasn’t over crowded with people or traffic. Nice restaurants and stores were very close, some even within walking distance. We would highly recommend this unit to our friends and family. We are hoping to come back next year.

"Regency Towers Unit 415"

This is our second year staying in this unit. The unit is beautifully decorated throughout, but also has a comfortable, casual feel. We love the big screen TV's in the living room, and the master and guest bedrooms. The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and new appliances, which is great for cooking! The view is gorgeous, and the 4th floor is easy to reach by elevator and stairs. As always, the staff at the Regency were friendly and accommodating, and our contact with VRBO went out of his way to stay in touch with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great condo on the Gulf, and hope to be able to rent this unit again next year!

We arrived on the first of January to a beautiful, well equipped condo with gorgeous views of the gulf. Derrek and the owners quickly resolved any concerns that arose.. We enjoyed shopping and entertainment at Pier Park.. We have been spending January in PCB for more than 10 years, and this is the best experience we have ever had with management, and owners...We definitely look forward to renting again in the future... We also enjoyed the fitness room, and made use of it everyday..

The communication with us was appreciated. We booked almost a year ahead and they kept in touch with us until we were there. After we arrived they checked in from time to time to make sure all was great. We were there during Irma and they provided daily updates and advice. We left for 2 days and they were ready when we returned. We had all we needed, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, everything worked, and it was very clean. Updates were very appreciated. Flooring, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, even the windows and sliding doors were new. 415 is a terrific location. 2 doors away from the elevator and stairs. Combo lock was a plus, no keys to keep up with. Regency Towers is a great place to stay. They were constantly cleaning, straightening, and making the complex feel like new. Gated parking was a plus and we always had plenty of parking. Pools were cleaned daily and were huge. Always a chair to have. Amazed that they had the big double chase lounges with umbrellas and cushions by each pool. The beach had an attentive beach service. Best we’ve ever had. A big plus was Bikini Bob’s, a small restaurant and bar service between the pools. Great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We could walk to several restaurants and a Dollar General was across the street for anything we needed. St Andrews State Park was only a 20 minute walk down the beach. We will definitely stay again!

"Fantastic Vacation"

For a family get away this place was perfect. It would be perfect for any occasion. The room was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. Derek made the process smooth and efficient and was checking in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. On a scale of 1-10 I give Derek a 14 or 15. He was always available and able to answer our questions. This was a perfect vacation. Everything went great. We always stay at the Regency Towers because of the family environment and once again it lived up to the billing. The photos are great of the rooms, but in person the condo is even better than the pictures. Just a great vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering visiting this great place.

This condo is amazing! Updates are beautiful, including the remodeled master bathroom. Awesome kitchen and living room decor, including big screen TV's. We have stayed for 8 years at the Regency and this one of the best condominiums we have ever rented. More importantly, our VRBO contact was always available and easy to reach if we were to need anything. He stayed in touch, and even sent text messages to ask how our stay was going and see if we needed anything. We are already planning to rent this unit again next year!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the convenience of the food hut between the pools and the baby pool was great for our toddler! They have activites during the week for adults and kids. A perfect place to stay for a family of all ages. We would definitely stay here again!

"Snowbird"

We loved the resort. Overall unit is spacious with beautiful views. Bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Bathroom was nice. We had problems that were attended to and no fault of the owner. Carpeting in heavy traffic area needs replacement. We really enjoyed the trip and will be returning to Panama City Beach in the near future.

Very nice remodeled condo and great location. Very nice view and balcony. About twenty minutes from pier park and very close to St andrews state park which is amazing. Family friendly atmosphere. Building itself is outdated but overall great place.

I can't say enough positive things about this property and the staff. They were all very accomidating and assisted us in every question and issue quickly and professionally. If we return to Panama City beach this will be my go to Condo.

Further, we had a water leak issue and they apologized, had it under control within an hour.

The view was beautiful and the room was clean.

Pool was amazing, and my 2 and 5 year old had such a good time that it made me as a parent extremely satisfied just to see their smiles. Stay here... Book this place... Just don't try and take it when I need it haha.

This condo was outstanding. Everything was very clean, neat and tastefully decorated. The management of this property were outstanding and provided us with everything we needed. We cannot wait to vacation in Panama City Beach again and we will definitely be using Daja View Property Management every time!

"Great condo on the beach"

When I first walked into the condo I was amazed at how everything looked exactly how it did online when I booked it with the up to date decor and cleanliness. Regency towers is a little out of date and needs to be renovated on the outside but you can't beat this price for this condo and being right on the beach. The location was a little out of the way from some of the main tourist attractions in the more populated area of Panama City Beach which can be a good or bad thing. It was about a 15-25 minute drive down the road to some of the shopping at pier park and beach restaurants which I didn't mind. Derrek was a great help with any questions I had and I would love to stay here again.

This condo in Panama City Beach was the best that I had ever rented, it was very well maintained and was exactly what my family was looking for. Location was spectacular right on the beach, just over top of one of the pools at Regency Towers. Thanks Very Much Derrek this was a wonderful experience for my family.

"Great Condo – Very Comfortable!"

We spent the month of January here and couldn't have been happier! I loved this condo and felt right at home. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had been recently remodeled. We thought all of the furniture and beds were so comfortable! I have mobility issues, so the recliners in the living room and the bedroom, the zero gravity loungers on the balcony, and the walk-in shower, all made it easier for me to enjoy. This unit is just steps away from the central elevator, and if you need them, the handicap parking spots are right by the elevator. We found the elevators very fast and never had much wait time to use.

The condo overlooked the pool area and had a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately I was not able to use the pool, but it was heated and many people were using it while we were there. Loved the beach access right from the pool deck. This was our first time to the area and found many good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I thought this end of Panama City Beach was really nice and convenient to all the area had to offer. It was just down the street from St. Andrews Park, which was very nice too.

And DaJaView management company is top notch! They were always available if we needed anything. One night a particularly bad storm come through and they called to check on us the next day to make sure we were OK. We would not hesitate to use them again. Hope to return soon!
