"Great stay for Spring break"

This place is down from the main what I would call party town of PCB. Nice area, pool was maintained every morning, the tiki bar at the pool has outstanding prices and was able to find a place to lay out at all times. Condo was very clean and comfortable, came equipped with every kitchen utensils you could think of. Would definitely go back again.

This is a great location away from the tourist spots. It's only a 10 minute drive to be right in the middle of things. This is an older building but you couldn't tell from the inside. This condo was spacious and very clean! I will be staying again.

Overall this is a fantastic property. The building is a little older but you wouldn't know it from inside of the unit. I did go during the off season so basically I had PCB to myself. This property is in a good location because it is away from the tourist traps, which are only about 10 minutes up the road. I could see myself staying here again.

You will love this property! Daja View Property Management keeps you informed if anything is going on at the property. The instructions for check in and check out are so easy. The condo was set up like a true home. You have everything you need right there! The condo was amazing and so was the property!

We love Regency Towers! That is our second time staying there. Our condo was spacious and clean! The beds were comfy! And had a great view!! Everything is great, the access to the beach is great (besides the code to the gate stopped working a few times), Bikini bobs has great drinks and food. Wish we could of checked in earlier but it worked out ok! Besides the parking and the elevators everything is great!

My husband and I took our daughter and her friend to visit colleges. Then we ventured to Panama City Beach to enjoy some beach fun. The condo was really clean and had all the amenities we use at home. The pools were amazing and just a few steps to the beautiful white Florida sand. We had a great time and will be coming back again.

The main room bed is so comfy! The living room couch and love seat has seen better days though. Over all we were thrilled with this property and have booked again for next year!!

This property is in a great spot and has great amenities. The 10th floor gives great views of the ocean and beach which we enjoyed. With the beach being just a few steps away it is ideal. The king beds in the two rooms are an added treat. It has all one needs for cooking, laundry, and relaxing,

I have traveled to a lot of nice places, and this condo and location did not disappoint!
The condo was so conveniently located to everything, yet not in a crazy busy area. The property management team Daja View checked in with us to see if we needed anything prior to arrival, during our stay, and upon departure. They supplied us with everything we could possibly need to know. This made for a stress free vacation! The condo it self was very very clean! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook and to feel at home! It was decorated very nice and the beds were so comfortable! I for sure will be going back to this condo!

The resort was very nice, the condo itself could use some upgrades. The batteries in the remotes were dead. We couldn't watch the local news, or the beach station. Not enough outlets. Just a few minor things.

"Regency Tower Beach Getaway Perfection"

Our two Regency Condos made our family vacation the very best it could be. Although we were pretty prepared grocery and beverage wise, they have a little bar area called Bikini Bob’s by the pool. We had cocktails and chili cheese fries poolside! The workout room overlooks the beach. The pools were never too crowded. We grilled out one night on the side of the towers. Our condo was well stocked and very clean! So cute! We will be back. Thanks Dajaview and Regency Towers!

Although the weather didn't cooperate, our stay was fabulous. I grew up going to Regency every year of my childhood because my grandparents owned 1125, so coming back brought back so many wonderful memories. The only problem that we had was with the pool tables. They rent out the balls and pool sticks, but whoever had them just held on to them instead of turning them in for someone else to play when they weren't playing. So that was a bit selfish on the other tenants part. Wish there was a time limit or something in place for the others who want to play.

Being a property manager for long term rentals back in Oregon, I know the amount of effort that goes into a property to prepare for incoming guests. Bar food at pool is excellent and priced below what I expected. Unit and overall building maintenance is excellent. Walking distance to Schooners bar & restaurant is a plus.

The condo was nice, the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. The view is great, we did beach service chairs which is always nice. The Regency is an older place but everything has been well taken care of and updated, maybe because of the hurricane that did a lot of damage a couple years ago but we were really Impressed with the pool and deck area. No issues with the elevators.

The complex is a bit dated, but there have been improvements made to the condo itself. The condo is very clean, organized, stocked and decorated nicely. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

"Beautiful condo, location and property managers"

The pictures don't do justice to this property. It's clean and fresh, bright and airy.
The air conditioner stopped working just as the temperature was increasing. Derrick responded by having someone at the condo as soon as possible... the same day.
The only downside is the lack of outlets for charging devices. This resort was built in the 80s and met the codes of the time. But that was well before the number of tablets, electronic games and cell phones in use today. Bring some extension cords or multi-outlet charging strips with you.

I must say, this is the place you’ll want to stay at if you’re planning your next PCB vacation. The hospitality that the owners showed went beyond the expectations I had in mind. I felt welcomed before I ever arrived, and when we arrived, I knew they made sure their guests felt like they were family staying in their home: it was clean, well stocked, and I was messaged to ensure all was well. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and needed it to be. The view is breathtaking, the beds are so comfortable, and I loved having two bathrooms! I’m so glad I booked our family vacation here! We will most definitely be booking here again. Thanks so much for making our vacation an effortless one while we were there!

"Perfect getaway"

We enjoyed this property more than any other in PCB. It's beachfront but away from all the traffic and big hotels. The room was clean and comfortable.
Pros: view, location in PCB, elevator quick and not crowded, plenty of carts to bring luggage up, snack bar at pool super cheap (burger $4.50 or so, slushie for kids $4, beer 99 cents) comfortable beds, dehumidifier in condo was a plus, friendly locals who live on premise
Cons: "Golden Girls" decor of sea foam and mauve, limited kitchen utensils and pans, no chairs on beach come with room (but can be rented)

"Great Place (Sept 2019)"

This is a very nice condo with a wonderful view of the Gulf; it looks just like the online pictures. I would consider booking it again if I have future trips the PCB. The beds are comfortable although I was wishing I had brought my own pillow - but that's a personal preference. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as appliances, dishes, etc. This was so much better that a hotel room.

My only negative comment is that we had planned to play tennis and selected Regency Towers because they have tennis courts but there was no net and the backstop was missing from 1 side. I was told that was due to the hurricane but it had been almost a year since the hurricane. Either the courts should have been fixed or the website should have indicated they were out of commission.

Hands down, Derrek with Daja View Properties is the best property manager that I have ever dealt with. The unit was as described and very clean, bathrooms are dated but clean is all I care about and they were. We had an issue with our door lock and Derrek was right on it and it was taken care of. The view from our unit was beautiful and the elevator was faster than alot of other properties that we have stayed in at PCB. Give him a call for your next rental in PCB.

"BEST Stay with KIDS!"

This property was PERFECT. We loved staying on this side of town with the kids. The 10th floor was a perfect lookout to see manatee and dolphins playing in the Gulf in the morning. We had a circuit blow in the morning and the maintenance man was there in less than 25 minutes.
The condo was in exceptional condition when we arrived and so clean the floor had a shine to it. The property owner was a great communicator and contacted often to ensure everything was on point.

We will be booking this condo or other properties of this owner going forward. He made sure our trip with the family and young children was a memorable one.

This property was exactly what we needed!! Beautifully decorating, welcoming, peaceful and fully stocked. The property manager is extremely involved in your stay and willing to answer any questions. We met our best friends for a celebration for all of our 30 th wedding anniversary and it was just wonderful. Walks on the beach in the morning, evenings sunsets, coffee on the balcony, plenty of choices of food in the area, it was just perfect!

Of course the beach + view is beautiful! Our first time at RT and we were impressed and plan to return again! Great time!

We have had a fantastic trip. The room was great, and the view was breathtaking. We normally stay on Front Beach Road when we come down. Staying here has been a great experience. There is a lot less traffic the beaches are not as crowded. The sand-bar is full of sand dollars! And Regency Towers is very kid friendly. And lets not forget about the fireworks on the 4th. Watching them on the beach was AMAZING! We hope to visit again! Thank you.

"Great location on a quiet part of Panama City Beach."

We were a family including one toddler and this resort was mostly quiet and pleasant even during the heart of spring break. The pools were terrific and warm and the beach is of course beautiful white sand. There is a small, reasonably priced bar/restaurant between the pools that lends to the overall easy going atmosphere of this place. The condo unit itself could do with some modernization (bathroom fixtures are outdated green porcelain), but everything was functional and the balcony opens out to the beach and is spacious enough to sit comfortably.

Hi! During the last 20 years, St Petersburg Beach was our place for Holliday. This year we decided to go to Panama City Beach. WOW !!!

Beautifull Beach.... The sand is perfect to walk without shoes. Water is hot and clear.

The view from the balcony is like a dream when the sun descent slowly in the sea at the end of the day.

The condo is very confortable.

You have a question, a problem, email Derek and he will help you faster than you can imagine.

Exemple 1 - we had a problem with the toaster .... an email to Derrek and in less than 1 hour we had a brand new one.

Exemple 2 - the. code to get in the condo was not working so we were stuck out....... a call to Derek and in less than 15 minutes, he was opening the door.

Go on Holliday is good, but go on Holliday when you can count on somebody in case of.....is precious.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt the need to review not only this condo, but the management company we rented this place through. The management company was more than great. They were in contact with us the entire process from when we first asked about the property and even when we were back home from our trip to check back in to see how things went and to ensure that we were back home safely. You don't find that often!

The condo was clean, inviting and spacious for the 4 of us. We really liked the live music by the pool in the evening, and the quick access to the beach. We will be back for sure! If not this condo, we will rent with this company again! THANK YOU.

Love love loved this unit. Great view, awesome room and just total relaxation. Elevator was a little slow and we had to pay a $20 registration fee when we checked in but other than that this was an amazing vacation. Thank you for allowing us to rent this unit for the week . "Well kept, clean and all the comforts of home…."

My family and I loved our week on the beach and the comforts of the room were great!!!! The beds are extremely comfortable and the whole family was refreshed and rejuvenated by the end of the week. The room had everything we needed to prepare our meals, enjoying them either inside or out on the balcony. After a hard day of play on the beach, absolutely loved our time relaxing listening to the waves breaking while sitting on the balcony. The fireworks up and down the beach on the 4th of July were amazing!!!! One organized fireworks show at Pier Park and another at the marina. Lots of independent fireworks happening up and down the beach made it for one of the largest unorganized fireworks shows we have ever seen. Thank you!!!!!

We just returned from this wonderful place and it is awesome. The condo was very nice and clean. It had a great view and just steps from the beach was what was the best thing. We will definitely be staying again...

Just returned from spending two months at this beautiful vacation property. Unit was very comfortable, clean and offered a fantastic view of the Gulf. At times we would look out over the balcony from the living room and think we were on a cruise ship. Beds were very comfortable and unit offered plenty of space for any visitors we had during our stay. Kitchen was adequate and pictures of the unit were pretty accurate. Derrek at DaJaView Management was wonderful to work with, and checked in with us several times during our two month stay to make sure everything was okay. My husband I just left this beautiful vacation place. We have been here a few times and plan on visiting again and again. The condo is always clean, well maintained, and super comfortable for the relaxation we need. We really enjoy the amazing views, the convenience to dining, entertainment and shopping. Great ocean front condo with heated pools and hot tubs, exercise room, pool tables, family entertainment, snack bar and so much more!!! Can't wait to come again!!

First of all, I would like to mention that I can't understand why some others had mixed reviews on this particular condo. For the date of the building, the unit is wonderfully cared for and the management company that handles this rental is an absolute joy to work with. We arrived with our grandson and a friend of ours. We noticed that the building was a bit dated, but were more concerned with the condo. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! The unit was well stocked, neatly organized, clean and comfortable! For the price, HOW COULD YOU COMPLAIN? We had a great stay on the beach even though the weather didn't hold out the entire time, but definitely intend to come back to either this unit or another through this company. Highly recommended! "High Rise not High Priced"

If youleft PCB but not the traffic this is the perfect place to stay. Perfect location excellent views nice rooms.

"Awesome Condo! We Are In LOVE."

My husband and I absolutely love this vacation home. Everything was decorated nicely, the unit was very clean and comfortable, and DaJa View was great every step of our way. We hope to return very soon to hear the crashing of the waves once again on the balcony. Thanks Derek!

"Great property with terrific location"

Was in PCB for diving, snorkeling and holiday relaxation. The location was perfect being close to St Andrew's Park and several dive shops. The condo was clean and well outfitted and the view was terrific! All the other guests were very friendly and noise was never an issue. All the information provided by Derrek was accurate and very helpful. Clean and well decorated the unit helped make our visit very enjoyable.

"Great view"

We just finished a week there and its was GREAT. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipments. The view from the living room balcony was great. My family sat out there every night. I recommend this unit although you will find out 1 week is not enough!!!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay in the unit. Very clean, wonderful amenities with the pool and hot tub along with the incredible view. Very clean unit, comfortable and quiet. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely go back!
