The property was great. The 19th floor offers great views of the water. We cooked in every meal and the kitchen was great. Had everything we needed. The balcony was nice and large. The crowds of spring break were intense and wild. We wont come back during spring break again. Especially not with children. But we would most definitely come back any other time of the year. We escaped the crowds 2 days of our trip and rented a pontoon boat and went out to shell Island which was AMAZING as always. I highly recommend getting out to shell Island if you are visiting!

The condo was amazing. When we arrived, the condo was lit perfectly and had calming music playing. It was like walking into a spa! We really loved the location! The condo complex was nice, elevators were quick, and the pools/hot tub were nice! It was great that one of the pools was heated so we swam every night after getting back from supper. The condo was big enough for whole our group and we didn't have any problems. All the beds (including the pull out couch) were comfy. The ice maker in the fridge was a huge plus and we didn't have to buy ice for our small cooler for the beach! We are already talking about staying here next year!

We had a great stay. The condo and complex were very clean. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The free chair rentals were a plus. The management company was great. They kept in touch each day and responded quickly. We will be back!

Believe what you see in the pictures. My family of four was in heaven here. The hosts made themselves available every step of the way, but we had no issues. And it's worth noting that the elevators were never an issue, something we heard horror stories about from people staying at other condos. If we ever go back to PCB, we'll be looking for this unit to be available!

The condo is very nice. It had everything we needed. It's in a good location. The kids really enjoyed the pools! Always clean! There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The elevator was very fast and easy to get. Having chairs & umbrella on the beach was nice! Dejaview guys were easy to reach.

Great location, super cute decor, clean, and spacious. Easy parking. Owners are quick to respond and efficient with all of the information we needed both before and after our stay. The balcony is larger and has the Best view (including a partial side view of the city). Had everything we needed including things we forgot. (I also recommend adding PCB Facebook pages just prior to visiting. They are helpful with real time weather/traffic updates and gives you ideas of things to do/places to go and/or places to avoid.) Loved our stay, will definitely be back again!

We absolutely loved the condo it was very comfortable with everything you would need! We saw dolphins from the 19th floor! It’s convenient to all the stores and shopping and parking was very easy. The elevator went fast too. It also has free beach chairs and umbrella! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our unit was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The balcony and listening to the waves were my favorite part. We even saw dolphins jumping out of the water one morning. It was very comfortable for a party of 4 with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. I would recommend.

This condo EXCEEDED our expectations. Everything was spotless when we arrived. They even had ambient music playing in the background upon our arrival. Perks that I didn't expect were a Keurig in the kitchen and a football for my sons to play with in the pool. The oceanview is absolutely breathtaking from a very private balcony. Also, having beach chair service was a plus that we thoroughly appreciated. We will be reaching out to Daja View again for our next vacation. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The bed was comfortable, the temperature was perfect in the condo, the kitchen was nice, the hot water didn’t run out when everyone took a shower back to back before dinner…anything I’ve ever found wrong with a condo in the past…this place had nothing to complain about…it was perfect! We love the Ocean Villas Condos. This was our 4th time staying there and this unit was amazing. It is tastefully decorated- looks just like the pictures- and had a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities we needed. The 19th floor has amazing views, and we love that it is on the end of the building. And set of beach chairs is a nice added bonus! The property is extremely clean and in a great location on the beach. This unit was great for our family of 5- our teens loved it and is now our favorite. We will definitely be back!!

When arriving at the property we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the unit and the amazing views of the Gulf. The pool and hot tub were outstanding and the location was perfect for us as we were attending a baseball tourney at Panama City Sports Complex. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. When our granddaughter walked in and saw the condo she said Pretty. I knew then we had the right place. It was clean, well furnished with a beautiful view of the gulf. This was an excellent location as well. It was the first time we had been with them since November. Thanks to having this rental we had a excellent vacation at Panama City Beach. We will definitely book this unit again.

When I saw this place on line we knew it was the right place for us. But there was a tropical storm headed for the panhandle. Tropical storm Fred, was threatening our vacation. Monday the 16th of August was our check in date and the same day that Fred was to come ashore in Panama City Beach Florida. I called Da Ja properties and moved our check in date to Tuesday the 17th. They not only moved our arrival date they also moved our departure date so that we would have a full 7 day vacation that we had originally planned. Not only was the condo immaculate, and very well furnished. It was in a great location on the beach, with a wonderful view of the gulf. Da Ja properties was in constant contact with us before check in and after to ensure that we would have and did have a great vacation. Thank you for all your help, we had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach Florida.

If you could dream about any place in the world that had the best view, the cleanest house, the perfect hostess, and so much more this is it! We traveled in from Texas which is around 13 hours, we arrived early Thursday and I had texted the phone associated with the condo asking if there was anyway we could get in a few hours early due to the trip wasn't as long as expected. Within 10 minutes I had received a message stating our room would be ready by 2 when original check in wasn't till 4. They were so generous and kind throughout the entire stay, checked in through text to make sure our stay was perfect and if we needed anything more! They went above and beyond for us. Don't get me started on how perfect the view is!! Pictures don't do justice, this Condo was absolutely AMAZING!!! We will be booking again!

Our stay was the best! The property management company was great. They responded quickly and were very helpful! This is the cleanest condo we have every stayed in. The pictures do not do this condo justice. Beautiful view. Easy beach access. The beach chairs were very convienient. Comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Elevator waits were very short. Carts for loading and unloading were easily found and accessible. We wished we could have stayed longer!!!! We will definitely be back!

I've been to Panama City Beach many times, but this was the best trip by far. The property we stayed at made me want to buy a condo there. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and the view was incredible from the 19th floor. The beach was fantastic. I live in Tallahassee and wish I could visit more. Our stay this past week will make us want to come back more often for sure. The property management folks checked in on us on a regular basis just to make sure we were doing OK. They were great. This was our first time to PCB . The communication prior to our stay and during our stay was perfect . The decor and condo was exactly as described ! It was a perfect home away from home ! The views were amazing ! The balcony was our favorite spot to be - morning tea to listen to waves and watch for dolphins , dinner on the balcony and just lots of time on the balcony ! Being on 19 th floor wasn’t so bad - had read some reviews about elevators- and we never waited long for an elevator . The only hard thing was figuring out where luggage carts were to carry all your stuff to 19 th floor lol - maybe noting that in email with code . A fun suggestion might be to have a memory notebook for guests to write in - noting the time of year of stay and favorite things about the condo , favorite activities , restaurants , etc . We had looked to see if u had one to note our amazing sunset views and noting balcony views are amazing ! The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus for us as well - enjoyed not having to lug chairs down to the beach 🙂 nice to know that is ur spot the whole time of ur stay ! lots of thought put into ensuring comfortable stay - nice touches with the decor - movies , and kitchen accessories .

This condo definitely has it all. It's really well cared for and super clean! My wife is normally pretty picky (don't tell her), but there was not one thing she could find that was a problem. We visited PCB with our 2 kids (ages 7 & 4) and loved staying in this rental. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed and more. The property manager was attentive but not overly so. Parking was never a problem and everything we needed was available from the start. The condo, beach access, facilities, and location exceeded our expectations and helped make our stay memorable for the right reasons. Will definitely come back!

"Beautiful Condo in Panama City Beach, Florida!"

This condo, Ocean Villa 1901, was absolutely beautiful! It was decorated in beach theme and was spot on! It made you feel like you were definitely at the beach!! We couldn’t have found a better condo to rent! It was perfect!! It was well taken care of and you could tell that the moment you walked in! The balcony was huge and had two full length chairs to relax on plus a huge table and four chairs. We ate out there for several meals. It was a corner balcony so you could see some of the town and the sunsets were absolutely stunning!! The condo sat right on the beach and the ocean was probably 500 feet from the condo! This was very important to me because if I’m going to the beach I want to be on the ocean! This was the best condo we have ever rented for this aspect!! I was definitely in my happy place with this immaculate condo, the beautiful aqua blue water, and being a few short steps to the ocean edge!! I would come back here in a heart beat!! Derreck, our property manager from Deja’ Vu, was very attentive to us the entire time we were there! He let us know when the condo was ready and he even was even able to get us in early on our first day. He checked on us several times during our stay to make sure the condo was everything we expected and if we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We even got our deposit back the same day we left! Of course, we had taken excellent care of the condo and tried to help the cleaning crew out by cleaning up some and doing all the laundry but Derreck was very thankful and just wanted to expedite it for us! Most places wouldn’t do this!
So I could go on and on but I will just say book this condo if you get the chance. You will not be disappointed!!

"Beautiful condo"

Overall, we enjoyed this condo. It was very nice and clean! The property manager communicated and responded very quickly when we did have a couple of questions before and during our stay. My one thought is that the property manager had a little too much oversight of us during our stay. We totally understand that having renters come in and out is not easy to manage and I am a rule follower at heart, but I don’t think it was necessary to check in on us as often as occurred. We already know to view the check out guidelines before leaving. One other very small thing is that only two rolls of toilet paper were provided and it would have been good to know that beforehand. We truly did enjoy our time in the condo and enjoyed the location. Overall, great experience!

We had a great time staying at this property. There were never any large crowds at the resort and the small property made access convenient. The condo was well maintained and we loved the large balcony. My only issue was the super firm mattress and some of the kitchen pans were worn out and the toaster oven handle needed a repair. We loved the sunsets from the balcony and the ability to lay in the sun or shade out there in the afternoon. Would recommend.

"Fun week in Panama City"

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable and tastefully updated. Location was handy too. Loved being ocean front to enjoy sunrise and sunsets. Management was very supportive and helpful by always checking to see our needs were being met.

"Clean, Quiet, with a GREAT western view!!!"

From the moment you step in you get a modern beach feel. The management keeps the unit clean and very well maintained. It has very comfortable furnishings and an up to date kitchen with everything you might need. I stayed here for 4 months but felt at home after week 1.

This unit is 19 floors up and on the western side of the building. The balcony is open on the west side giving you a great view of the sunsets and sky-scapes that add to the immense beauty of the sugar sand and ever changing blue green hues of the water.

The building staff is friendly, the management of the unit was fantastic, and the experience was great!!!

All I can say is if it’s available, book it! You will not regret it.

"Sunrises, sunsets, rainbows, and dolfins…can’t beat it!"

Clean with beautiful decor and an unbeatable view from the giant balcony. The property manager was active and attentive throughout our stay...but we had everything we needed and more for an absolutely perfect week at the beach. We made so many great memories and felt right at home. It was quite, comfortable and breathtaking! It was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. Thank you to the owners and to Derrek for making this trip for our family so memorable. We would love to return!

"Beautiful property…awesome views"

Great location overlooking PCB. The condo was so well maintained and very clean. The kitchen has every gadget I could have needed...plenty of dishes, glassware and flatware. Beautifully decorated and very modern. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable and there were plenty of towels as well as a full sized washer and dryer for our use. The balcony was huge and boasted two nice lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs. A very enjoyable getaway! Derrick was amazing and made sure every day that we were satisfied and didn't need anything to make our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this unit and this management company.

"Memorial Holiday Vacation 2018"

Bucket list road trip to Panama City Beach checked off my list. Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The Two bedroom condo with 2 private bathrooms was perfect for us and our friends that traveled with us. Tropical Storm Alberto did not put a damper on our trip. Rain or shine we had a GREAT time! The property management company made sure to check on our well being at all times.

"Clean & Airy"

This was a double couple trip. We loved the place. It was clean, awesome view and each couple had a nice sized bathroom. The owner was super communicative and wanted to ensure that all was well with us. We would definitely rent this place again!

One thing that we didn’t enjoy was that there is road construction going on right now in this area on Front Beach. Not good for walking and heavy traffic.

"Great stay"

Would have been nice to have more than 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Minor complaint, I know but otherwise had a wonderful time and would recommend.

"Beautifully kept and an amazing view!"

This was definitely the beach feel we were hoping for. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved having the master bedroom open up to the balcony as well. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds felt amazing! The grounds were also very well kept and everyone was friendly. This was perfect for our family of 5 and we definitely plan on coming back!

"Cleaner than my own house!"

I have just returned from a few days in this amazing condo. This was by far the cleanest, most organized, and updated condo I have ever stayed in! My OCD brain loved that everything was labeled (didn't spend forever trying to find out which light switch turned on the kitchen light), the kitchen cabinets were labeled with what exactly went in that spot. The beds were super comfy-no cheap mattresses or bedding. It was decorated beautifully. There is NO carpet in the whole condo which is a major plus for me! The over-sized private balcony delivered a breathtaking view of the ocean and of the strip. The management company was amazing to deal with. I will definitely be back!

"Stunning Views!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay at this clean, cozy condo. The furnishings were nice, appliances were new, kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was very comfortable! It is in a very convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping.The large balcony offers stunning views of the gorgeous emerald water, white sand beach, beautiful sunsets and the fish below. We watched dolphins, manatees, stingrays, sharks and many huge schools of fish swim by. The property management company, specifically Derrek, was wonderful to deal with. We had no complaints or problems during our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again!

"Awesome Stay!!"

We had an amazing vacation here at this condo. There were some maintenance items going on with the complex, but it was refreshing to see the work being completed while not to interrupt our visit. The owners and managers take good care of this condo and took great care of us during our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked and the balcony was huge! We will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later. Thank you Derek.

"Long time beach lover"

Great condo!! Awesome view!! The morning water so calm and beautiful colors! The sunsets from the balcony and the moonlite ocean, totally the best!! Saw dolphins several times from the balcony. Up to date condo! Loved it!! The manager was very nice and helpful.
