"Sunshine clasic"

Home description and pictures are accurate. Management company was excellent with communication and very helpful, even after business hours. Bed are super comfy. Home was well equipped with essentials and nicely decorated. 2 minute walk to the beach. Hot tub was much smaller than we expected and tricky to turn on. Pool heater worked really well considering we had pretty chilly weather. Don't miss going to Dat Cajun Cafe!

The house was great, plenty of room for our 8 adults. Loved having the pool and grill. Very short walk to beach and a few shops and restaurants. Beach area was quiet not overcrowded like other areas of the beach. Very hard to find rentals that allow you to bring your dogs that are close to the beach, so this was great! Very busy and loud road in front of rental but other than that everything was great! Derreck was very responsive with any questions and getting the pool cleaned for us after a storm. Great stay would recommend to others.

"Awesome house close to the beach!"

This house was lovely and exactly as advertised! As soon as we booked, we were contacted by the property manager. We were able to text with him directly and had immediate answers to our questions. The beach was a quick walk away without needing to cross any busy streets (a huge plus when we had several little kids in tow). The beach wasn't crowded and we had ample room to spread out. There is an amazing crepe shop a short walk away. The house was immaculately clean (our only "complaint" was a lack of pot holders). The pool was clean and perfect for our needs. On the small side, but plenty of room for our group's 6 kids. There is a security system in place, which is nice for peace of mind when leaving the house. We loved having a back gate with a shower, so we could wash off sand and not track it into the house. The A/C works amazingly well -- at times, it was too cold and we would have to bump up the temperature. The hot water was nice and hot! It was a fantastic time, and we very much enjoyed the week at this house.

The house was so clean! We have never stayed in a cleaner property and we travel at least 8 times a year. We loved every minute of our stay and want to thank Daja View and the owner for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable PCB family vacation. This is our second year staying here. Everything was as nice as last year. The staff at DaJa View do a great job. They are always available to talk but the great email and text communication is the best. Plan to be back next year.

East End Summerhouse was amazing for our family beach vacation. Stocked nicely, super clean/organized and wonderful management. We have been coming to the area for some years and this by far was the best stay we've had.

Spacious home with a great pool. Pool was big enough for a family of 7. Tanning ledge was a favorite spot. Hot tub could be bigger, but it served its purpose. We spent hours every day in the pool, so the pool heat was appreciated. The entire back and side yard is well done with decking and total privacy. Lots of space to spread out on the pool deck and plenty of seating in good condition. There were even pool/beach toys available to use. Location of the home is super convenient to the beach. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach in a cute beachy-home neighborhood--so no need to cross any busy streets. When renting this home, know it is located on a busy 4 lane road that tends to be noisy when staying upstairs (especially so over spring break). The lower level bedroom did not have any street noise however. Kitchen was well supplied for what we needed, as we only ate out a few times. Communication with owner/manager/caretaker was very, very good. Any issue was immediately resolved.

We spent a week at this wonderful house. The house was stocked with everything we needed and very clean rooms and very spacious. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Used it everyday. Very short walk to the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beach. We also loved being on the quieter side of Panama City Beach but just a short drive away from all the action. We highly recommend staying here.

"Paradise in Panama City Beach"

We had the best week here, the house was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The heated pool and outdoor area was so nice and relaxing. We had great weather and swam everyday. The walk to the beach is 3 minutes. The beach is beautiful and on the quiet end of town. We would highly recommend staying here. Had a blast .

The heated pool and outside areas were great for enjoying the sunshine and entertaining! We were within walking distance for very good breakfast spots. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby that we rented a golf cart to get to.

Inside the house was perfectly clean and organized! Lots of comfy seating in the common areas. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us and 3 adult children.

We also brought our dog Lucy! Being able to have her with us made for a worry free trip! She was welcome at many restaurants and shopping venues!

Derrek was a gracious host. He made sure everything about our stay was perfect! Easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had. I can’t thank him enough!

Next time I will be calling him personally to book our trip!

"The absolute best"

This was the absolute best rental we’ve ever stayed in, with the exception of the mattresses. Not comfortable at all, but other than that 5 stars!

Property was amazing. Clean spacious and everything needed was there. Rained twice and the pool got a bit of runoff trash in it. Management was all over it as soon as notified.. pool clean within an hour. Hot tub was amazing. All the beds were comfortable with fresh linens. We love karaoke. Location was perfect for it as theres a Newbys within a mile in both directions. All around great property and fantastic hosts. Will definitely be using both again in the future.

We had a couple of rainy days during our trip and the property managers were good about ensuring the property was maintained during our trip to maximize our enjoyment. This Has been one of the most amazing rental properties we’ve ever stayed at!! My family and I usually go to vacation 2 times a year and this house here was the best one we have ever stayed at in all of our years of going to vacation. It’s a very clean property and Derrick the property manager was very helpful he was very professional and would always check up on us and made sure we were well. All and all this house is a great place to stay at I highly recommend this place to everyone it’s worth it!!

Great location, property and customer service. We spent the last week at Panama city Beach at this property and was so grateful that it was even available. The location is so close to the beach and the fact it has its own pool made it so convenient to have the kids swim when they need to burn off some energy in the evening. It rained several afternoons while we were there and the property managers sent somebody over to clean the pool right away which we were very grateful for. We spoke as a family and are planning to use the same property in the future.

This place was awesome! I can’t say enough good things about it. It has everything you can think of you might need. Even a tent for shade at the beach. Very clean. Pool looks like a resort and it’s a short walk to the beach! We loved it!

This home was perfect! Short walk from public beach access, some restaurants near by, and a short drive from stores.

The pool was a hit for the kids at night and large patio table for the adults to hang out. The BBQ grill was also perfect for our 4th of July grill out!

Derrek the property manager was the best!! Always available and extremely helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend this place for any PCB getaway!!

Our family of 9 had a wonderful vacation while staying at this home! Very short walk to the beach and loved the private pool. The house was everything we needed. Loved our stay and hope to stay here again.

The property manager was great and provided excellent communication. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Everything was great and it had plenty of room for our small group. The private pool and large deck were great for the times not at the beach.

While the beach was crowded further down on each side, the area in front of the house was much less crowded and provided plenty of room to enjoy it.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

"A piece of paradise"

We took our family and sons friends for a graduation present...and it was amazing. The house was beautiful. The outdoor patio was huge and we enjoyed the patio. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach which is private... also a plus not huge crowds. They even let us bring our dogs which saved us a lot of money. The property manager even went above and beyond. We had a hiccup with the hot tub and he sent the pool guy out at 1030 at night to fix it for us. Definitely will be coming back.

Our family of 5 stayed at this property with no problem. Plenty of room, very close to the beach and public access. The area of the beach we had access to was not busy at all. The pool was perfect for my 20 month old to wade in and great for my 11 and 8 y.o. To play in. The neighborhood was a bit shady but no one bothered us. It is directly on the road so you can hear traffic pretty clearly. Derek was amazing to deal with. There were a few hiccups but were fixed promptly. The house was clean, plenty of deck space to hang out by the pool or eat al fresco. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils pots/pans/etc. location is not far from eating places, things to do, etc. very good trips for us.

Holiday House is absolutely wonderful! This vacation home looks just like its photos. Every amenity that you can think of is available. The private hot tub/pool and grill is perfect for family time and when you want to enjoy the outdoors, but not necessarily at the beach. The patio is spacious and beautifully landscaped. Perfect for any gathering.. The property managers made sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway, and much attention was paid to the details (a very welcoming entrance into the house, hand and body soaps were abundant, and it was very clean.). We plan to book another stay here soon. Can’t wait to go back. Many thanks for a relaxing, much-needed escape! ❤️

This place is the place to stay. When you first walk in, it feels like home! The walk to the beach was not as bad as I thought it would be. It was a very short walk. Jenny was amazing and helped us with anything we needed! The only downfall was I should have checked when Panama was doing a bike week.... other than that, it was AMAZING!

Wowsa !!! This place is great!!! If you are on the fence about it, Just do it. You will be so please with this Holiday House. The pool and hottub are amazing. The beds sleep so good. Very comfy. We felt so at home here and we are picky folks. Clean clean and very cold A/C. We can never go back to renting a condo again. This place completely spoiled us. Short walk to the ocean and this part of PCB is basically homes, so the beach is basically secluded, which we like a lot. Jenny is the nicest most competent person you will EVER deal with. She will accommodate you anyway possible. Our plans were out of the ordinary due to Hurricane Irma and she was soooo helpful. Best Time EVER!!!!
