"Great Classic Beach house experience"

Not directly on the beach, but close enough. The rooms are large and well lit with multiple sky lights. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The master bath is a real elegant classic with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and make-up desk. We did not use the tub nor the second bedroom as there were only two of us. The AC worked great even when hosting several friends from a nearby house for breakfast.

Nice decor and very clean. Not too impressive from front view, but inside is very nice.

We would definitely stay in the Salt Shack again.

I stayed for 30 days and it was everything I needed. Convenient location to the beach. Easy walk or drive for basic supplies and food. Clean, quiet neighborhood. I felt safe walking alone. The property managers were great to work with. Accommodating and responsive. House was clean and well laid out. Love the skylight in the bathroom and easy access to the patio from the bedroom. Morning coffee in the back as the sun was coming up was the best!

"Perfect month long get away!"

This was perfect for what I needed. Felt very safe alone. The first week a friend was with me, great size for us. Just enough to have separate spaces. Specifically looked for Lower Lagoon. Easy walking distance to various things. Easy beach access across Thomas Dr. or @ St. Andrew's. If you like the beach, visit Shell Island. Over 30 days as expected had a few minor hiccups, but the Property Managers were GREAT to work with. Grill's could use some work, but wasn't important for me.

This place was just amazing. It was exactly like the pictures. Had everything we needed to cook clean and just be comfortable during our stay. This place is in quiet neighborhood and is relaxing on front porch or back patio. Great place to stay at the beach. The house was clean and spacious enough for six of us to stay without feeling packed. Very close to all of our favorite places to eat and hang out. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

Our family of 4 had the best stay here. We have been coming to PCB for years and this was the best stay yet. Yes, there are a few improvements the owner could work on at the house, but the management was excellent, plentiful linen, kitchenware, etc., all wonderfully stocked for our needs. Not on the main drag but still close to the beach. Also a bonus we were able to bring our dog. Thank you Daja View!

Very comfortable 2 bedroom cottage. Exactly as described, very well stocked with all your needs. Clean and comfortable beds, fenced back yard for my service dog. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency but they were extremely understanding and accomadating. Lights, fans and radio playing upon arrival was very welcoming. My husband loved the ability to park in the garage.
Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Close to beach and fishing charters. Only negative is the Roku TV, challenging for us oldsters who are low tech. We did eventually figure it out enough to watch a couple of movies.

The property was very clean, nicely updated and nice backyard with private fence special when you have a small dog. With 7 min walk to the ocean [or 2 min with car] I would highly recommend this property for anyone for a beach getaway and best prices.

We have stayed at this property once before and returned since we had such a lovely time. It was even better the second time, there had been improvements made including fully enclosing the yard which made the residence even more ideal for our pup who could happily romp in the yard without us worrying about her escaping. As always, wonderful communication between the owner and ourselves, like reminders for garbage pickup and that lawn care would be on premise so there were no surprises. The property is clean and well appointed. Just enough space for our family to get away from each other when needed but still feel close for a vacation. I liked the addition of the ROKU device so we could watch our own streaming services.

Really enjoyed our choice to rent this home. It was clean, stocked and had a great management team to go along with it. We had a really bad rainstorm and Derrek was over picking up garbage from our yard! No other company would care enough to do that!! Derrek, I hope you are taking a vacation soon because you deserve it.

"Another Superb Stay"

Wow! This place was great! Very open and airy, very responsive owner/manager, easy 5-10 minute walk to public beaches and some local restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores nearby. Kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. Loved having the garage available to us and ample parking! Really no complaints!

The house is very nice and beyond what we were expecting. The area is so quiet and we loved the patio set outside. No need to adjust the thermostat in the house because it so cool and comfortable. The outside shower and hose right outside the garage is convenient to wash off the sand at the end of your beach day. I have dealt with many management companies during my visits to PCB over the years but this company goes beyond to ensure everyone has a great stay. They respond to messages quickly and efficiently. The house is very convenient to great restaurants and the beach is only two blocks away. I would highly recommend DaJa View for your next beach vacation.

We absolutely loved the house and our stay! Quiet area but so close to everything you need. The yard is not yet fenced in unfortunately, but wasn't a big deal for us. The neighborhood was fine for walking the dog. The home is very nicely kept and very clean! Decorated with a cute beach theme, of which I found out the manager actually did himself! Kudos to DaJa View for all that you do. We will of course book with you all again when we return to PCB.

We stayed at this property for a month and a half due to repairs being made on our house after Hurricane Michael. It truly did feel like our home away from home. From the very beginning, Derrek made the stay so much better. He stayed in constant communication with us, making sure we had everything we needed, even asking about the status of our house. We had everything we needed in this amazing house and are considering renting again in the future when family comes to visit.

What a wonderful experience in Panama City Beach, Florida!! The communication with the property manager/owner was open from the beginning of our stay which made it a pleasurable experience even before we arrived in Florida. Check-in was earlier than anticipated which we great because it allowed us to start enjoying our vacation. The home was immaculate!!!!! It was spotless, smelled wonderful and decorated so beautifully. The beds and furniture is very comfortable which is appreciated. The location is walking distance to the beach and minutes from other attractions. It is also in a peaceful neighborhood which we enjoyed. There are two washing stations outside which is awesome when your covered in the beautiful white sand. The patio furniture was wonderful!! The property was equipped with the majority of your home away from home essential however I would suggest for the management team to add a few items ie: cooking oil, salt shaker, laundry tabs and dryer sheets. Also, the beach chairs need to be replaced as they were a bit cracked and rusted. Our overall experience was AMAZING!!!!! If you pass this property up, you'll regret it.
Despite the weather being a bit rainy, we were still able to enjoy ourselves. There's more fun to have in Panama City, Florida so we will be back soon! We had a marvelous time at this property. It's located in quiet neighborhood away from the congested areas. The property manager/owner responded to messages very promptly and checked on us during the duration of out stay. I made a mistake during reservation and he accommodated us with no problem. I would recommend the property.

Our whole family agreed this was our best PCB trip yet, and we attribute much of that to our rental! Communication was above and beyond from start to finish, which was refreshing due too LONG response times from other rental owners/companies! The unit was as described, and VERY clean. The location was by far our favorite! Our children and Fury child all enjoyed themselves aswell.

The beach was an easy walk across the street, even with a 4 year old. Great location. Whenever we chose to drive, the public beach access across the street was super convenient and was barely ever full. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great stay overall and would definitely come back again!

"Don’t Hesitate…Book!!!"

There is literally not a bad thing I can say about this property. The decor is clean, modern and just what you want from a house near the beach. Speaking of the beach, you can be at the public access within a 5 minute stroll from the front door. Actually, we timed ourselves one day and made it there in 3 min 32 seconds! The neighborhood is quiet and the location is absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough great things about Derrick and the property management company. Their communication was always timely and so thoughtful! They reached out on Day 2 of our stay just to check in on us and see if we were having a good time!!! We had a slight problem with the cable / wifi service while we were there; after I notified Derrick he immediately jumped on it and gave us an update. Turns out, there was an outage in the area and it was resolved quickly. Derrick didn't rest until he knew we were okay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook a meal or two there - was a big money saver for us! But there are more than enough places to grab a bite within a 5 minute car (or 15 minute golf cart!) ride. The outdoor shower was immensely helpful in those post-beach cleanups and the patio table and chairs were home each morning to our breakfast - what a lovely way to start the day! We have two couples and a 13 year old boy in the house --- plenty of room for everyone! We would book this house again in a heartbeat!!

Cute little house in a great location. Close to everything on the east end of the beach. Pier Park is just a short drive away. The house is stocked with just about everything you could need. The guys at DaJa View are wonderful. Any issue that came up was taken care of quickly. Derrek was always just a text message away! Another plus, so many great restaurants are only minutes away. If you want liquid refreshments, there are several local bars close also. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you Derrek and Josh!

Our stay was great except for the weather. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Two improvements that could be made would be to completely fence in the back yard and also try to get rid the sand spurs. Those are very minor things and had no effect on our stay. We really enjoyed the house and it had plenty of parking. Very short walk to the public beach access. I would definitely stay again.

We definitely felt like we were at home during our stay. The property was very nice with a beautiful open floor plan and we loved how it was decorated with a beach theme throughout the property. We didn't want to leave but will definitely use DaJa View Property Management next time we come to this area. This is a cute, 2 bedroom house and had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. The location is very convenient to all the places we enjoyed spending time. It was just a short drive into Panama City to visit family. Derrek and Josh were very accommodating and made sure any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. We would rent a property from these guys again and feel sure that we would be well taken care of. We had a great time in PCB and highly recommend this property.

"Great location and property! IM Florida & Vacation"

We stayed here during Ironman Florida and it couldn't have been a better location. It was close to the expo/start line and was just a street off the run course so that the people spectating could have an easy place to come back to and hang out.

It is also just a 2 block walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go without taking everything needed for the day should we want to come back to the house quickly during the day. It is not loud at night at all and has a great outdoor patio area to spend evenings outside if you want while grilling dinner.

Plenty of places to eat nearby and the grocery was just a quick 5-minute drive away. The state park with great more beach access is a quick 3-mile drive down the road. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a great place to stay!

We stayed the whole month of Oct. and loved every day of our stay. The home is close to everything, Wal- Mart,Dollar General,public parking for beach access close and in several places, restaurants, Schooners, ST- Andrews state park, charter boats for what ever you like to do. Capt. Anderson restaurants close, you can buy fresh fish at the dock by Capt. Anderson. If you have children or a child at heart , there are all kinds of rides with in a short distance. Every thing you could won,t to do is very close. The home its self is very well maintained, everything you will need for your home away from home. Home is very clean ! Kitchen well stocked ! Bed rooms on opposite sides of home as well as bth. rooms. This could be the gem of rentals if they would get rid of stickers in yard and finish in close in fence.. May-be a gas grill? Just a suggestion! Looking forward to next year. If available?

"Loved this house"

We loved out stay in this house! It was very homey! Decor was very inviting and so cute! If I had to choose one thing to change it would be that the fence in the back is not complete, I would have it connected to the house on both sides. The home is very roomy, never once did we feel cramped. We loved the location as well. A very short walk to the nearest public beach, or a very very short drive to the nearest free public parking for the beach. We cant wait to visit again and we will be getting this home once more!

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, quite, & extremely close to everything. St Andrews State Park is only a few minutes by car and several public beach accesses within walking distance. Dollar General is a block or so away for those quick needs.There is also a Winn Dixie not far from the home as well. I avoid Wal Mart like I would the plague ! Derek and Josh of Daja View Property Management are the best! They stayed in time sensitive contact with me at the time of booking and until our rental time came into view. On the day of our arrival they sent me a text to let me know that possible early check in time may be available and to keep in touch with them. I have rented many vacation properties, however Daja View has been the best bar to none. Derek & Josh never failed to respond to any need that we had. They were just NICE guys who showed they cared and we could never ask for better! If I needed property mangers they would be my right hand guys! I only like to leave positive reviews and this place along with its mangers deserve an A++++. Rent this home and I promise you that you will be taken care of and have a blast ! Thank you to the owners for sharing a great value to us for our time in Panama & the wisdom for hiring DAJA VIEW ! Thank you Derek & Josh, hope to see you guys again. 🙂

We stayed at this house during the Thunder Rally. House was clean and in good shape. Has a garage to store the bikes and the driveway is nice and long to fit a truck and trailer. Weather was perfect all week, not sure if that's included though 🙂

"THE PERFECT HOME BY THE BEACH"

Spent two months here with my family and didn't want to leave. The house is immaculate and magnificent. It is filled with fun beach decorations and most all the kitchen stuff you would want for a long stay like ours. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. It even had some boogie boards and a beach umbrella for us to use in the large garage. Only issue we had was a few ants and the property management was quick to fix it. Hope to get lucky enough to land this gem again in the future.

The house was in excellent condition when we arrived. Everything was exactly as advertised. The house is a short walk to a public beach, and a short drive to all types of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Derek was excellent to work with and when we had a problem (1 very minor) was quick to get it resolved. I highly recommend this property for folks who want to "beach like they live at the beach". Thank you Derek. We certainly enjoy our stay and will call again.

Prior to arriving I received a message that the property would be ready early for move-in. This was good news as I had arrived in town early and was able to get moved in and start what would become one of my best experiences in the 5 years I have been coming to Panama City Beach. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, linens and towels were plentiful and kitchen well stocked. During the first week or so there was a problem with the heating system, upon contacting Derrek the the problem was resolved within 24 hours with no bother to me what-so-ever. After that there were no problems at all with anything. I will definitely be interested in a return visit, my only hope is this review won't keep it too booked.

Thank you for a wonderful visit! We arrived on a Sunday, and the house was remarkably clean and comfortable. We had 6 people in our party, and everyone fit perfectly with the perfect amount of room. It was welcoming, and homey. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely come back. This house is loved, and is a HOME. The only thing that could be fixed was the upholstery of the couch, it was worn in places but...that was all. We brought our puppy, and there was plenty of space for her. But, there are burrs in the grass so she got covered. No worries, as my parents live nearby and puppy sat. Out door shower was helpful...and it's within walking distance to the beach. We loved it and would come again. Thank you Derrek! Our deposit was in our hands so quickly after our stay! Excellent service.

We loved the place and location. The house is clean and just a walk to the beach, the manager was very nice, he answered very fast to my emails 🙂 Thank you, I'll book the same place next time when we'll visit Panama.

"Clean and Comfortable"

Great place to stay. Derrek was wonderful to deal with. The fact he let us bring our 2 dogs was a major plus. Loved the back yard and carpeted floors. Everything you need is there. Will definitely return!

"Panama City Beach Rental House"

Great rental house. The house was very clean, comfortable and plenty of room. It's located on the more quite side of Panama, and in a good neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach. Derrek was easy to deal and mails the deposit back quickly.

"Nice House & Location!!!"

Quiet and off the main road... But not too far to walk across to the beach. It's also close to Richard & St. Andrews park- which are awesome family destinations. Derrick was very quick in sending back the safety deposit. The people that had the house before us left some peanuts under the bed, so there was a trail of ants going for them. The lesson here is EAT AT THE TABLE PEOPLE!!! ...or, if you are too lazy to eat at the table, then don't be a donkey and throw food under the bed. Besides that, the house was very clean.

"Great Home & Location!!!"

I have to say that I was a bit worried when first booking this home because I was thinking that it would be too far from the beach. Upon arrival, I actually enjoyed the area because it was close enough to walk to the beach, but away from the busy street. We loved having a garage for our vehicle! The yard space was great, large drive was a plus, and the spacious home was a definite plus! There were a few things that could be improved, however. The decor and bedding was a bit outdated for our tastes, but the overall home was very neat and tidy. Derrek was a joy to work with and helped out with any concerns or questions we may have had. For the price, garage, fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi tub, space, and distance to beach but away from the action, we will plan to enjoy another trip back in the future. I would definitely recommend this home to a small family or romantic couple looking to get some privacy away from all of the condominiums. Great place, great location, great management, and great times!

"GREAT HOUSE!!"

I am so happy that we chose to stay here as a family! This house was perfect for what we needed. We love to go out and explore, so this quiet house was wonderful to come back to every night after a day at the beach or park. The home was very clean and stocked with things we needed. The manager was very friendly and was quick to deal with any questions we had. It will definitely be hard for me to book another property the next visit to Panama City Beach!
