"AMAZING"

This property exceeded our expectations! Everything was CLEAN and updated. The owner was in constant contact with us and was just a text away if we had any questions. It was right on the beach and in a quiet area, most days it was if we had the beach to ourselves. It checked every single box for us and we had such a wonderful stay!

We had the most amazing week at the townhouse. Everything was extremely clean and well decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes and we cooked in most nights. Loved where the property was located and we never had any issues with parking. Loved everything about this place.

Great location if you’re like me and don’t like a super busy beach. Very clean and well kept town home right on the beach. No complaints from me or my family, would and more than likely will stay here again.

Great view of the ocean and the beach, nicely, maintained ,a clean place to stay. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the management. One of the best weeks we’ve had for years. Love the walk out the back door to the beach!

This place is just awesome! The views never get old and having the beach right at your back door means everything. The place was very clean, organized and had all we needed for a great summer getaway!

The location is a perfect blend of privacy with easy access to restaurants and activities. The property was very clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Property description is exactly what we got. Very happy.

"Just the Getaway we were looking for."

The biggest reason for deciding on this property, was the close proximity to the beach. We also liked the modern/updated interior. We only ate breakfast at the house, so we did not really use the kitchen. But from what we saw in the kitchen cabinets, it should be easy to cook your own meals. We visited at the end of the Spring break season so parking at the property was no issue.

This place was so great. My wife was amazed how clean it was. We were also impressed with how easy it was working with the management.

"Best beach vacation"

This was such a great place to stay! My mom and stayed for a week and it was the perfect location. Quick and easy access to the beach, we went every day to walk along the beach and dip our toes in the water. The walk-in showers were a must have for us since my mom has mobility issues. The only downside was that the chairs weren't the best since they didn't have arms but everything else was wonderful. And the view from the master bedroom was a great view to wake up to! We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful place to stay was close to main shopping area but not to close ,beach foot steps away, clean , had everything you need to make trip pleasant. Would definitely recommend this place Was always quick to respond to my text/emails

"Beautifully renovated and quiet"

This house has been beautifully renovated and is well equipped. The back patio was nice and it was maybe 20 steps to the beach. It’s far enough from the high rise condos that we had plenty of space to spread out on beach. Our vacation plans were altered by a hurricane, and I did a last minute search for a plan B. This is a beautiful option if you are interested in Panama City Beach.

"Just Book It"

From my family to yours we highly recommend!! Personally I enjoyed the views, home was superrrr clean upon arrival, great location Walmart is 5 minutes away, very quiet zone we personally enjoyed the low traffic, fence is up for a more private gathering , no carpet anywhere, beautiful decor through out the home, comfy beds and lush bedding!! My Family and I loved staying here, it truly became a beautiful and cozy way to end our summer break!! Owner is a text away and actually responds, no emails or voice mails needed. "Nice Property / Great Location"

Very happy with the property and location. The beach was just a few steps away and there is a nice sized back patio. The living room and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer was a plus. My only gripe is the mattress in the master bedroom; long overdue for a replacement.

The townhome was just perfect for us. It was so nice waking up to the beautiful water every day. Even on a rainy day, we got to stay in and catch up on our Hulu and enjoy the beautiful indoors.

"Great Trip for New Parents"

My wife and I were ready to hit the beach after having our first child three months ago. Obviously with a new born we were looking for a quieter vacation. We chose this place to avoid a high rise condo situation. We could not have asked for a better experience. No parking garage. No elevators. No noisy people above or below us. The unit is very well organized and very comfortable. Easy access to the beach and Thomas Drive offers quick, delicious dining options. A perfect trip!

This was our first family vacation and it was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend dajaview they made it so easy to enjoy our vacation. They stayed in touch on everything, and addressed any issues we may have had. Over all a great memorable experience!

"Great Property"

This was one of the best rentals I ever stayed at. Very clean property and updated. The management company is the best I ever dealt with. Very attentive and will respond immediately for anything you need. The property has great access to the beach and is close to attractions and shopping. The beach was not very crowded here as you do not have large buildings all over in this area. I stayed in the summertime during the busy season and we had plenty of space on the beach. I would highly recommend this property if you stay in this area. I will be back.

We can not wait to come back! The owners were so helpful and stayed in touch with us to assure our stay was going smoothly. If I had to sit and just try to find something that was wrong the only thing I could think of would be I wish our path to the beach was maybe cleared just a little more. Everything was updated and beautiful as the pictures show. Literally, the best place we’ve ever stayed! It was so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you need, all you need is your groceries. Everything was close by. We all came home feeling like we found “our spot” to vacation and already planning our next trip.

The house is perfect for a small family vacation. There's everything you need to enjoy, location is outstanding with beach front amazing easy access to the beach. Beautiful beach, not crowded. Perfect environment to rest and have good time with you family. The house is comfortable, well conserved and the service and communication was great. My wife and our son had great time. Definitely recommend the place and the house.

My wife and our son had one of the best vacations we have ever had here and it's mainly thanks to not having to worry about anything. The guys at DeJa View were so great to work with and the house was really clean and inviting. We thought it was a nice touch that it was all open, lights on and comfortable the moment we walked in. We are already planning our next stay.

"Vacation Time"

I loved the decor of the unit. All appliances worked well and were pretty new. The owners would check in on us via text and were genuinely concerned if we were having a good time. My only regret is we didn't have the time to sweep the floors again. I believe we tracked in as much sand again just loading up the vehicle as it had stormed again that morning. I'm planning on going back to this condo again. I loved it's location.

"Fun in the Sun"

This was a last-minute getaway for us at spring break, we found this little gem on VRBO and jumped at the chance to rent it bc it was right on the beach, spacious, and looked really nice and newly remodeled. We were not disappointed. When we arrived, We were fortunate enough to get in early, and the kids hit the beach almost immediately. It is conveniently located at the eastern end of PCB, which is great bc it quiet and less crowded. We were minutes from the local Walmart so it was convenient to stock up ( and re-stock) for our stay. The townhome had really nice TVs which were ready to use, Had Sling TV at the ready and I was able to sign in to my own Youtube TV on their TV's and watch my channels if I wanted. The kitchen had new stainless steel appliances. The rental company stayed in contact with us periodically throughout our stay to ensure all our needs were met. Very nice...

We planned a deep-sea fishing trip during our stay and lucky for us, Captain Andersons Marina is just about 3 miles from the townhouse, as well as a full complement of dine-in and fast food restaurants which were super convenient to get to. Pier Park was just a short drive west and fun was had by all.

All in all, a great vacation, and we would recommend this vacation for a small family with a couple of guests, no more than 6 per house rules. Looking forward to visiting PCB again...

"BEAUTIFUL SPOT!"

We have found our new spot for good! We will be back very soon and can't wait. If you are on the fence about renting this townhouse, don't think twice, it's totally worth it! Management was great also, which I have never been able to say before! ha!
